| China’s construction industry is in the stage of transformation and upgrading,and prefabricated concrete building is gradually promoted as a new construction mode of energy conservation and environmental protection.As the main carrier of housing industrialization in China,the scale of prefabricated concrete buildings has expanded year by year.However,due to its late start and slow development,the corresponding specifications,systems and standards are not yet mature,and the engineering quality problems that hinder its development exist for a long time,and the quality management is still in exploration and practice.The formation of prefabricated concrete building quality is related to the multi-party responsibility subjects,among which construction,survey,design,production,construction and supervision are the six-party responsibility subjects that have the closest relationship with quality.Consequently,it is of great significance to systematically and comprehensively study the factors affecting the quality of prefabricated concrete building from the perspective of the six-party responsibility subjects.First of all,based on the literature research,this paper combs the relevant research status of prefabricated concrete building and its quality in detail,and introduces the concept of the six-party responsibility subjects,the relevant concept of prefabricated concrete building and its quality,as well as the relevant theoretical support required by the paper research,laying the foundation for the full text research.Secondly,through case analysis,literature research,standard specification,expert consultation method and questionnaire survey,25 factors affecting the quality of prefabricated concrete building based on the six-party responsibility subjects are summarized;Through questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and expert consultation,the quality influencing factors were identified and analyzed,and finally 22 quality influencing factors were summarized.Then,based on the idea of system theory,the importance and logical hierarchical structure of the 22 influencing factors are analyzed by using the decision laboratory analysis method(DEMATEL)and the interpretive structure model(ISM),and the causal analysis diagram is drawn and the hierarchical structure model is constructed.At the same time,the driving force and dependence of the factors are further analyzed by using the cross influence matrix multiplication method(MICMAC).Finally,according to the results,put forward targeted recommendations.This study found that the results of DEMATEL and ISM analysis are consistent,and the factor stratification results of the ISM multi-layer hierarchical structure model obtained from DEMATEL-ISM analysis have high consistency with the results further analyzed through the MICMAC method in terms of impact properties,proving that the results obtained by combining DEMATEL and ISM are scientifically reasonable.In addition,the study also indicates that the formation of prefabricated concrete building quality is systematic.The formation of quality is the result of the joint action of the sixparty responsibility subjects in the quality chain.The influence of quality factors will continue to be transmitted and produce multiplier effects,which will affect the project quality.Therefore,the logical relationship and importance of the factors affecting the quality of prefabricated concrete building are systematically analyzed from the perspective of the six-party responsibility subjects.The research results lay a solid theoretical foundation for proposing measures to improve the quality of prefabricated concrete buildings and improving the level of systematic quality management. |
