| Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the concept of "green development" has been elevated to one of China’s "five major development concepts",and it has gradually become a consensus among the whole society that we should not only have golden mountains and silver mountains,but also green waters and mountains.However,the traditional construction industry mostly relies on cast-in-place concrete as the main construction method,often facing problems such as high energy consumption,low output,and high pollution,which contradict the direction of green and sustainable development in China.In contrast,prefabricated building have the characteristics of low energy consumption,high output and low pollution,so it is particularly necessary to vigorously develop prefabricated building.However,as prefabricated building are still in the initial stage in China,many industry standards and management systems are not perfect,which leads to frequent quality problems of prefabricated building.This thesis will focus on the research work of prefabricated building quality management,in order to propose improvement strategies for prefabricated building project quality management.This research starts with the concept and theory of prefabricated building,introduces the formation process of its quality and the content of its quality management,which paves the way for subsequent research;Secondly,the influencing factors of prefabricated building project quality are collected and sorted out by using the literature research method.Considering the lag between the literature and the actual production,the influencing factors are further screened through the questionnaire survey method,and the final list of influencing factors of the quality of prefabricated building is obtained;Then the author combines AHP with the quality formation process,calculates the weight,and puts forward the improvement strategy of prefabricated building project quality management;Finally,the improvement strategy will be applied to the case engineering for analysis.This study achieved a combination of theory and practice,starting from two aspects of quality management methods and quality management capabilities,and proposed specific optimization plans for quality management,solving many problems currently existing.The main achievements of this thesis are as follows: First,through the literature survey and questionnaire method,a prefabricated building project quality factor system consisting of five first level indicators and 18 second level indicators in the design stage,the production stage of prefabricated components,the transportation and storage stage of prefabricated components,the construction and installation stage,the construction acceptance and finished product protection stage is constructed;Then,the weight of each quality influencing factor is calculated by using the analytic hierarchy process,and the improvement strategy of prefabricated building project quality management is proposed by analyzing the weight;Finally,the improvement strategy was applied to the X project for analysis and detailed optimization measures were provided.The research of this thesis will provide a reference for the quality management of prefabricated building engineering. |
