Research On The Space Of 'Elderly And Children Integration' Community Pension Service Center Within The 10-minute Living Circle

As of the end of 2019,my country has implemented home and community pension service reforms in nearly 120 regions.The "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for National Development of Aged Care and Elderly Care System Construction" also shows that my country's main old-age care model will rely on community-based care for the elderly.At present,"multi-generational living","intergenerational learning centers","symbiotic institutions" and other "multi-generational integration" complex pension facilities have appeared abroad,while "neighborhood communities" and "combination of old and young" have also appeared in China.A new model of community pension.Through field research,it is found that the current community pension service center has problems such as unreasonable space setting,improper site selection,and low operating efficiency,which is difficult to meet the requirements of the living circle.The summary of the old-age care facility specifications found that the difference between the function setting of the old-age care facilities at different levels and the space scale is low,and they are basically in the same range,and lack of classification and refinement.Relevant theoretical research also shows that the new idea of "Integrating old and young" can bring happiness to the elderly,and to a certain extent promotes the operation of elderly care facilities,which is the new direction of the development of community elderly care services.After summarizing the current research status at home and abroad,combined with on-site investigations,it is found that my country's "old and old-inclusive" pension facilities are still at the basic stage of model exploration and behavior analysis,and lack of reasonable pre-planning research.Existing old-age care facilities are difficult to meet the requirements of the life circle setting.Through the analysis of the qualitative building,the determination of the user group,and the analysis of the levels of each life circle,the ten-minute life circle is selected as the research scope and limited.In this paper,through architectural planning,questionnaires,interviews and other methods,from the aspects of planning settings,function settings,space scale,layout and combination,etc.,this paper aims at the new type of building of the "old and young integration" community pension center under the ten-minute life circle Conduct preliminary space research.The core content of the research is functional planning and spatial scale,layout and combination planning.The first chapter of this article is introduced from the background of research,through concept definition,domestic and foreign research status,research content significance,methods and framework.Chapter two is the research basis and case study,aiming at the "old and young integration" community pension The service center is a new type of building.It organized and analyzed the epistemology and research methodology of "Integrating Old and Young" to provide theoretical support for this new type of building.Combined with domestic and foreign case studies,three types of pension integration models were summarized,and the constitutional basis for the integration of old and young children was analyzed from the perspectives of family ethics,policy basis,psychophysiological analysis,and behavioral models.Chapter 3 provides examples and examples of pension facilities.Questionnaire survey on young communion.Investigate the old-age facilities from three aspects: planning site selection,function setting and scale,and conduct questionnaire surveys and interview records to further analyze the user composition and the feasibility of the integration of old and young;Chapter 4 is planning settings,and the planning is be adopted.And plan and set up from the aspects of the entrance of the young and the old,the supporting facilities for the young and the old,and the venue for the integration of the old and the young.Chapter 5 is about function setting.Through the investigation of examples,the principles of space setting are summarized.According to the relevant methods of architectural planning,through internal characteristics such as user characteristics analysis,user demand questionnaire survey,operator and residents interview records,combined with field research,residential area planning conditions and building codes and other external conditions to carry out research.Combining various conditions,we can get all kinds of space classifications that should be set up,and combine interviews and questionnaires to refine the functions for each kind of space to get all kinds of functions that need to be set;Chapter 6 is about space scale,layout and combination.Under the architectural planning theory,the user's composition,time frequency of use and the same type of building survey and other theoretical conditions are calculated to obtain the theoretical reference value of each space.According to the actual conditions such as the interviews and usage of the third party such as the operator,the recommended setting scale of each space is comprehensively obtained.Combining ergonomics and barrier-free design,the node layout of each space is drawn reasonably.The actual recommended values and layout reference diagrams of each function are comprehensively obtained.Aiming at the living space,public transportation space and catering space,the mode of integration is discussed,and four combinations of "old and young integration" are discussed.The advantages and disadvantages are analyzed to provide a basis for further research.
