Study On The Layout Design Of The Institutional Pension Space Under The Mode Of Medical Support

As a developing country,China's population is aging,half of the disabled,disabled elderly increasingly,with the rapid development of China's economy and the problems brought by the only child.Pension industry has been paid more and more attention,and people also have a higher pursuit of the way of providing for the aged.It is difficult to meet the needs of the people in the new situation.In addition,the care for the elderly is becoming more and more important,under the condition of the lack of nursing care in the hospital rehabilitation,and medical services in the pension institutions,we need a the pension model which is better,more advanced,and in line with China's national conditions,let the elderly be taken care of,when someone is sick,enjoy one's old age in peace.The emergence of medical support combined with pension model,for the pension industry in China has brought new changes and dawn.In this paper,combined with the physical condition of the elderly and daily behavior,consider the nursing care of the elderly.Under the background of the lack of medical resources in the elderly,this paper studies the relationship between the medical and old-age care and the related cases,and architectural space in the design practices,learn from the experience of home and abroad architectural design,analysis of the status quo and existing problems of China's pension,Focus on non self care elderly as the research object,study on the function and spatial organization of pension institutions after medical elements,in order to achieve efficient and convenient service.On the basis of the case study and field investigation,this paper summarizes the concept of a complete design and planning,and provides the reference and theoretical methods for the relevant pension institutions under the medical and health combined mode.
