At present,there are 38 cities with subway lines in China,and the number of cities and the length of lines are among the highest in the world.At present,urban rail transit is in the stage of steady growth,and high-speed rail and subway construction has a huge demand for high-quality shield tunnel pieces.Due to its special geological conditions,zhengpantai tunnel,the first long tunnel of the beijing-zhangjiakou high-speed railway,has strict requirements on the quality of the pipe support.By the end of 2018,shield projects in China's domestic market were gradually increasing,with six shield pipe manufacturers in Beijing and as many as 13 in zhengzhou,a hub city,indicating that the domestic market share was gradually expanding.Therefore,the pipe die project has a very broad market prospect.In order to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises and increase enterprise benefits,SG company integrates the schedule management into the pipe die project.This thesis studies it from the following aspects.Firstly,the significance and background of the topic of this thesis are expounded.On the basis of analyzing the status quo of SG company's pipe mold project management,the interview method and questionnaire survey method are used to find out the problems existing in the project schedule management.Secondly,according to the existing problems,combining with the characteristics of the segment mould project,using the schedule management research methods,the Work Breakdown Structure(WBS,a Work Breakdown Structure),double code network diagram,gantt chart,the critical path method to find the project schedule management such as plan,and then formulate specific implementation plan,the last time optimization and cost and time limit for a project optimization method to optimize and control.Finally,the implementation of the program monitoring,using the actual progress of the front line method to track the implementation process feedback,using the Gantt chart contrast method to summarize and evaluate the results,combined with the existing problems,to find the corresponding solutions.Through the research on the progress management of segment mold project,the problem of delay in the progress of the project has been greatly improved,the market competitiveness has been enhanced,the understanding of progress management hasbeen strengthened,and the development of SG steel structure industry has been promoted.
