Research On Social Benefit Evaluation Of Historical And Cultural Blocks Of Dongguan Street In Yangzhou City

As memories of a city,historic and cultural blocks is a living witness of city's history and a concentrated reflection of city's characteristics.At present,a multilevel protection system of historic and cultural heritage which focuses on historic and cultural blocks has been created in China.And the degree of protection and attention to historic and cultural blocks has risen to the top.Meanwhile,Chinese scholars have accumulated many research results in evaluations on historic Districts conservation,but these current results mainly include evaluations on project use,the environmental use after completion and the public satisfaction.There are few evaluations on the implementation of protection and renovation projects in historic districts,especially on social benefitsTherefore,this paper studies the social benefits evaluations on historic and cultural blocks,studies the post-evaluations on the implementation of protection and renovation projects.After a series of literature and expert interviews,this builds a social benefits evaluation system of historic and cultural blocks which can promote the level of investment and decision by providing a referenced basis for other protection and renovation projects and correcting decision mistakes.This paper first formulates the factors in social benefits impact and establishes a model of post-evaluations of some projects by sorting the related theories about historic and cultural blocks and the research process home and abroad in conservation and development of historic and cultural blocks.And then,the paper makes out grades corresponding to factors of questionnaire survey.sample reliability test,sample mean analysis method,factor analysis method.Besides,it builds a social benefits evaluation system of historic and cultural blocks by using Bayesian Network.And in this paper,the social benefits post-evaluations on the renovation project of Dongguan street in Yangzhou have been verified by applying the system.At last,the paper tries to pursue a protection and renovation model which can provide best protection,best renovation results,more accepted social benefits and a reference in the future constant development of Dongguan street in Yangzhou by evaluating the social benefits in Dongguan street protection.This researchcan efficiently help the the implementation of protection and renovation projects,also it has certain practical significance and academic value.
