| Nowadays,the global machinery manufacturing market competition is more and more fierce,the main form of competition is price competition,which hides the crisis of the industry behind the price competition.In addition,the development of mechanical automation industry is facing great challenges for traditional manufacturing enterprises.Machinery manufacturing industry is the most basic industry in a country,which also determines the overall level of a country’s manufacturing.It started early,but its development is most worrying.For example,compared with machinery manufacturing,China’s automobile industry is much higher in terms of product quality and production efficiency.Of course,this is also because the characteristics of the machinery industry play a decisive role.With the deepening of China’s reform and the continuous expansion of foreign development,China’s machinery industry has improved unprecedented good conditions for the revitalization and development.How to improve product quality and reduce cost has become an important topic of life and death for machinery manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,this paper selects W company,a machinery manufacturing enterprise,as the research object,and makes an exploratory research on its product quality management mode based on Lean Six Sigma.This paper first discusses the development and application status of Lean Six Sigma theory at home and abroad through literature analysis,and points out the improvement direction for the research of this topic.From the quality management theory,lean production theory and Lean Six Sigma management theory,complete the relevant theoretical analysis,so as to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the research.On this basis,this paper briefly discusses the main practices of W company in product quality management,and finds that W company has been implementing a quality management system composed of total quality management.Based on the current situation analysis,the main problems of product quality management in W company are obtained.In view of the main problems,this paper studies the causes from the surface and deep dimensions,and thinks that the root cause of the problem is the deficiency of the existing quality management system of W company.Therefore,W company urgently needs to introduce a more advanced quality management system,which leads to the inevitability of W company’s product quality management based on Lean Six Sigma.Focusing on the four aspects of implementing Lean Six Sigma Management in W company,this paper puts forward the implementation scheme and implementation method of product quality management based on Lean Six Sigma in W company.Finally,combined with W company’s product scrap rate reduction improvement project,this paper gives the concrete practice of product quality management based on Lean Six Sigma DMAIC Ⅱ model after implementing Lean Six Sigma Management in W company.After improvement,the process scrap rate of the factory is reduced from 0.2%of the sales amount to 0.14%in four months.According to the profit of W company in 2019 of 1.25 billion yuan,the annual saving can reach 750000 yuan. |
