| The quality level of products is mainly reflected in the process of production.Lean six sigma(LSS)is client-centered and customer demands-focus.As the organic combination of lean thinking and statistical theory of LSS,reducing variation during production and reducing the waste and cost also serve as the most effective method of quality management which has entered into practice.From the theoretical perspective,this dissertation reproduces the process of improvement in the lean six sigma of Company A by introducing the history about the development of lean production and six sigma,improvement approaches,feature and effectiveness,etc.Specifically,as the leading enterprise in automotive part manufacturing,Company A provides vehicles with the air-conditioner system in which the air-conditioning boxes are the most sophisticated and it is difficult to ensure their quality.On the one hand,some examples are introduced in this paper to demonstrate the effectiveness of the lean thinking in solving the problems of assembly interference,inconvenience of operation,abnormal sound,error prevention and omission prevention.By diagnosing the existing problems with the assistance of PFMEA,some errors are identified and potential improvements are made sure.Finally,lean measures such as Kai Zen,POKAYOKE,5S and standardized management are able to solve the relevant issues and eliminate potential risks fundamentally.On the other hand,this paper has summarized and demonstrated the whole process of adopting the six sigma DMAIC to prevent leakage of air door.When DMAIC is under gradual improvement on the basis of fact,we should fully order the procedures,collect data and seriously make use of statistical tools,including the process capability analysis,MSA,normality test,hypothesis testing,DOE,etc.,to analyze the causes and solutions.At last,the most economical countermeasures are concluded based on the practical situation of the project.By the improving based on the lean six sigma,the volume production will enter into practice as planed and products will be delivered to the customers on time,which enables the companies to gain the profits.At the same time,employees in the enterprise have accumulated experience in teamwork,knowledge reserve,the use of statistical tools and the solution to the similar problems. |
