In the process of power network informatization construction,a lot of text data has been generated.How to use these text data to discover useful domain knowledge and organize domain knowledge effectively to improve the efficiency of power grid system is an important research direction of electric power enterprises.At present,there are a lot of power grid plan documents in the regional power grid system.Because the data is not organized effectively and there is a lack of methods for analysis and utilization,which can not provide support for decision-making.Power grid plan documents are produced by manual writing,and the work efficiency needs to be improved.Natural Language Processing technology is applied to text mining,from which useful knowledge can be found and used to build domain ontology,which is conducive to the extraction and utilization of knowledge.Natural Language Processing technology is used to understand and generate power grid plan documents,which can realize the effective use of information and improve the efficiency of plan documents writing.This thesis proposes an implementation method of power grid plan system based on text generation.The knowledge representation method of ontology language is applied to the knowledge representation in the domain of power grid.The system obtains the text of the historical plan,preprocesses the data with Han LP method,computes text similarity by word2 vec,and implements semantic query and entity relation extraction through lexical analysis,syntactic analysis and semantic analysis.The Protege tool is used to build the ontology of power grid domain based on the web ontology language OWL.According to associated objects and semantic model,Schema generation technology is used to realize automatic generation of power grid plan documents.The main work of this thesis is as follows: researching the project background of power grid plan generation;introducing the main theories and technologies involved in the project,including text understanding,ontology construction and text generation technology;analyzing the requirements of power grid plan system,proposing the overall design scheme of the system,and designing the analysis module,knowledge base management module and generation module of power grid plan in detail;illustrating the realization of each function module of the system,and providing the implementation details of some algorithms;providing the test cases and test results after the completion of system development;summarizing the work done in this thesis,and prospecting the future work.
