In the context of increasing attention to environmental and energy issues,clean renewable energy is developing rapidly.As a renewable,clean and pollution-free distributed power generation energy source,wind energy has great development and application value.The efficient use of wind energy could greatly alleviate the problem of energy shortage,which has led countries to increase their support for wind energy development.However,the intermittent,fluctuating and anti-load characteristics of wind power make it a challenge for large-scale grid connection.Energy storage systems play an important role in solving the problem of wind energy characteristics.Configuring energy storage devices for wind farms has played a good role in the safe operation of power grid load scheduling,but the high cost of energy storage devices has become a new and serious problem that needs to be faced.At present,extensive joint research on wind storage systems at home and abroad is mainly focused on the research and specific application of its grid connection to the safety and reliability of power systems.The high cost of energy storage devices has led to an increasing number of studies to more rationally configure their capacity.However,when considering a reasonable energy storage device jointly optimized by wind storage,the overall safe operation of the power grid needs to be considered,and the overall safe operation of the power grid needs to be based on the rational dispatch of thermal power generation loads.Compared with the cleanliness of wind energy,the environmental impact of thermal power generation can be studied as a certain cost.Considering the environmental cost will definitely affect the operation mode of power generation,and further affect the configuration of energy storage capacity.This paper analyzes the factors affecting the supply and demand side of wind power energy storage project capacity and environmental costs,and analyzes the optimization method of energy storage capacity.The research content of this paper is the joint optimization of the wind and thermal storage system for the load after the demand response of time-of-use.The optimization process takes into account the environmental costs of thermal power generation.By optimizing the operation of wind power and thermal power in each period,Thus,the charging and discharging state and power of the corresponding energy storage device are obtained.On the bas is of the total load balance,the priority consumption of wind power generation should be increased as much as possible,thereby reducing the wind farm's wind curtailment rate and improving the utilization efficiency of wind power generation.This paper is an energy storage engineering capacity optimization model under the joint optimization of wind,thermal,and energy storage system with the minimum environmental cost,the best wind abandonment rate,and the best energy storage capacity as the objective functions.This paper uses a multi-objective whale optimization algorithm for calculation,and analyzes the practicality of the proposed method model through empirical research.Through the analysis of multi-scenario results,it is concluded that the capacity of energy storage projects considering demand response time-sharing electricity prices and environmental costs is more economical and reasonable..This article aims to solve the problem of optimizing the new load curve of wind power,energy storage and thermal power actively tracking demand response of time-of-use.From the research results of the established model,considering the environmental cost,the design of energy storage capacity could be more reasonable,reduce the construction cost of energy storage engineering infrastructure,and improve the overall economics of the power grid.This article provides some suggestions for the wind power plant to configure more reasonable energy storage equipment capacity.
