Research On Standardized Management Performance Evaluation And Improvement Research Of Xi’an Dongyi Company

In the first industrial revolution,the leap from manual workshop to machine mass production created a demand for standards.Today,we have entered the fourth industrial revolution.The latest technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data and 3D printing keep emerging,which have changed the trad itional production methods.However,standards still play a central role.And in the enterprise,the product design,technology,test and other work of the unified requirements for standards are getting higher and higher,the enterprise standard system has become the core part of the enterprise,is the comprehensive embodiment of the enterprise’s technical ability.The enterprise standard system is also an essential factor for Xi’an Dongyi company to realize the product "three changes" in the process of mod el product development,trial production,batch production and finalization.It is the most important to reserve technical capacity and guarantee scientific research and production.Taking Xi’an Dongyi company as the research object,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the standardized performance of the company by using the combination of literature research,investigation and research,and qualitative and quantitative analysis.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:First,on the basis of combing the domestic and foreign research literature,the theoretical basis and performance evaluation method of this research are determined.Second,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to construct the standardized performance evaluation system of Xi’an Dongyi company from four dimensions of standardization organization,enterprise standard system,standardization training and standardization implementation,and the weight of each index was calculated and determined.Thirdly,based on t he questionnaire survey data,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the standardized performance of the company by calculating membership degree vector and evaluation score.The evaluation result is good.Fourth,in view of the main pro blems affecting the performance of standardization,some improvement measures are put forward: to enhance the existing organizational capacity of standardization,to improve the existing standard system,to strengthen the standardization training,to conso lidate the implementation effect of standards.It is hoped that this research can better improve the standardized management of Xi’an Dongyi company,promote the upgrading of product quality,and improve the operation efficiency of the company.
