Shield tunnel construction has become one of the important means of tunnel construction because of its safety and economy.3D rapid modeling technology of pipe segments and tunnels is the foundation of information management of tunnel construction.With the in-depth application of BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology in tunnel construction,3D rapid modeling technology of pipe segments and tunnels has important application value for information management of tunnel construction.Tunnel segments bear most of the load in the construction and operation of shield tunnel,and the research on the mechanical analysis method of tunnel segments in the construction and operation is helpful to guide the design of the segments and improve the construction method,which has important guiding significance for the safety of tunnel construction and operation.In this paper,the rapid modeling technology of pipe segments and tunnels and the mechanical analysis method of tunnel segments are studied.The specific contents are as follows:(1)Through Revit+Dynamo platform,the parametric modeling technology of pipe segments and tunnels was developed by using visual programming language.The program of pipe segment and tunnel modeling is written,the model of pipe segment and tunnel can be generated by inputting the key parameters of pipe segment and tunnel,and the efficient modeling of pipe segment and tunnel is realized;(2)The advantages and disadvantages of load-structure method and stratum-structure method are analyzed and compared.The mechanical analysis is carried out on the pipe slices under various combined working conditions,the internal force and stress of the pipe slices are calculated,and the most unfavorable section of the pipe slices in each construction stage is obtained,which provides a basis for the pipe slice design,construction scheme design and construction method improvement;(3)The seismic design theory and analysis method of tunnel segments are summarized.The application of time history analysis method in the seismic response analysis of tunnel is introduced.Based on the time-history analysis method,the dynamic response of a tunnel is analyzed by using the amplitude modulated Banshin seismic wave,and the lateral displacement,acceleration and principal stress response of the pipe slices are obtained,and the influence of the grouting layer stiffness on the seismic response is discussed.
