Since the beginning of the new century,China 's bridge construction has set one world record after another.The project is becoming more and more complex and the scale is getting larger,but on the other hand,the industrialization,refinement and informatization of China 's bridge construction technology are still low.Although the emergence of BIM technology has caused changes in the field of construction,the country has also vigorously advocated the application of BIM technology to road and bridge projects to improve China's road and bridge construction technology and management level,but BIM technology is still mainly used in the field of road and bridge of the design stage,and mainly focused on extra large or super projects.Most road and bridge projects still use CAD drawings,and there are many types of bridge sections,and the construction process is complicated and the cycle is long,making the application of BIM technology in the construction phase facing how to quickly create a bridge BIM model,how to achieve visualization of complex construction technology,how to apply construction schedule management and other problems,so this paper relies on continuous bridges with variable cross sections with no vertical or horizontal curves,combining BIM technology with road and bridge projects,from the rapid creation of bridge models and the use of models to create visual construction processes,simulated construction,and roaming,etc.Explore the application research of BIM technology in the road and bridge construction stage.The research content is as follows:(1)The first is to create a BIM model.For the wide variety of BIM software,Revit + Dynamo visual programming is selected through comparative analysis to create a bridge BIM model,and the modeling method of the bridge's main components is studied to explore a project environment Modeling method for creating bridges with variable cross-sections whose horizontal and vertical curves are not zero.(2)Then,using the created model,based on the 3Dmax animation technology,explore the application of BIM technology in the visual construction process,and take the box girder lifting construction process as an example to explore the production technology method of the visual construction process animation.(3)Finally,based on the simulation construction technology of Navisworks,import the model created by Revit,and explore the application of BIM technology in simulation construction,collision inspection and roaming under 4D construction schedule management.(4)The engineering applicability of BIM technology was verified in combination with the actual project,and exploration and application of Lumion was used to create roaming animations to achieve a comprehensive review of the project layout in a virtual and real way.
