The current power customer marketing service of Sichuan electric power company is mainly based on SG186 platform.In order to better provide power supply services for customers,make full use of power customers and their marketing data,and improve the decision-making level of power marketing business,the company has organized and implemented a set of power customer service assistant decision-making system based on CRM management concept.In this paper,the design and implementation of the system are studied and analyzed in detail.In the research work,the market and technology development trends of CRM management software at home and abroad in recent years are summarized firstly.According to the business situation of Sichuan electric power company,the necessity of research and development of the system is analyzed.According to the investigation of the business situation,the overall goal of the system is analyzed in detail,and the functional objectives of the system are divided into five aspects: evaluation rule management,customer segmentation management,customer credit management,customer risk management,and customer value management.Then,based on Java Web technology and software design tools,the overall scheme,data interaction scheme,function module structure and database of the system are designed and analyzed.In the overall scheme design,the system function model,network topology and functional structure are designed in detail;in the design of data interaction scheme,the technical analysis of cross platform data interaction,the selection of data interaction technology,the detailed design of function model and process are studied;in the design of function module,the class structure and function sequence flow of each module of the system are analyzed In the database design,its logical structure and physical table design are studied.Based on the function design of the system,the principle,idea and method of system function realization are analyzed in detail,including the realization of interactive function of the system,the general function realization of online printing and online export,and the realization effect of each function module.Finally,the test work of the system is analyzed.According to the actual test situation,the research and development effect of the system is verified from two aspects of function and performance.The application of this system can carry out secondary analysis and processingbased on the accumulated power customer data of SG186 platform,realize customer segmentation,credit evaluation,risk assessment and value platform,provide decision-making basis for power customer management personnel in power marketing and customer service,and improve work efficiency and quality.
