Electric power customer service involves many business departments,so the traditional customer service information management model is easy to cause business process dispersion,lowly business data integration,etc.So,it is not beneficial for power supply enterprises to improve their business management level and quality,and affects the overall business implementation efficiency of power supply enterprises.In recent years,the application platform of integrated customer management has become a new trend of power customer service for domestic power supply enterprises.Those systems could integrate power customer service business system with unified business management tools,establish highly integrated customer service management mode,and improve customer service satisfaction.In this paper,according to the power supply company's customer integrated management service requirements,the company's power customer service management business content and management process are studied in detail.And a customer integrated management system was developed by using structured software design and Java Web development technology,which integrated the customer service business system originally dispersed in multiple software systems.The system's function includes fault repair,complaint management,report management,business consulting,advice management,etc.At the same time,an integrated customer service business data center is established.In the research work,this thesis firstly give a brief overview of the development technology of the customer integrated management system,such as Java Web technology,SSM schema technology and Oracle database.Subsequently,the company's customer service business in the fault repair,complaint management,report management,business consulting,advice management and other key business process are analyzed and modeled.And the functional requirements,data interaction requirements,data requirements and non-functional requirements of the system are analyzed according to the business management process.Third,according to the Java Web technology development characteristics and process,as well as the system requirements analysis results,the system's overall technical scheme of the functional model,network structure and internal functional system are analyzed.The basic model and physical table structure of the system database are designed and analyzed.At the same time,the system's data interaction function design and implementation,and the system's core functional modules design and coding development are also analyzed in detail.Finally,the system is tested under the actual environment,and the design of key functional test cases and functional test results are introduced.And the performance of the system is analyzed and the development result of the system is inspected.The functional system of the customer integrated management system covers the power customer service business system of the company,and the standardized process modeling was carried out in the system according to the actual business management process,thus providing integrated business management tool support for the power customer service center staff of the company.So the system could promote the data integration efficiency of electric power customer service business,and can also effectively improve the level and quality of electric power customer service business of the company.
