The transportation of food,medicines and other items in the air logistics supply chain from the airport cold storage to the cabin is an important link.How to improve the efficiency of loading and unloading of the carried items and ensure the quality of the items is an important test for the transportation and storage links.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the transportation efficiency and ensure the refrigeration effect of the articles.This article proposes improvements to existing carriers for transporting goods in and out of the airport cold storage,and focuses on the cooling of aviation thermal storage boxes.This paper mainly studies the structural characteristics of aviation insulation boxes,the selection of insulation layer materials,and semiconductor refrigeration methods.In this paper,computational fluid dynamics CFD is used to study the cooling effect of three different arrangements of semiconductor patches with or without an axial flow fan inside the aerospace thermal storage box.The specific research is as follows:(1)Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the domestic and international aviation logistics supply chain carrier devices,and propose improvement solutions to their deficiencies.This paper introduces the structure and characteristics of the thermal storage box of the new type carrier in detail,the selection of thermal insulation materials,and the study of the arrangement of semiconductor patches and parallel connection of circuits.(2)In the case of the aerospace thermal storage box without an axial flow fan,a numerical simulation model of the thermal insulation storage box is established,and the internal temperature field of the aerospace thermal storage box is numerically calculated by using a semiconductor chip cooling method to obtain the best result.(3)In the case where the aerospace thermal storage box has an axial flow fan,a numerical simulation model of the thermal insulation storage box is established,and thesemiconductor field method is used to numerically calculate the internal velocity field and temperature field of the aerospace thermal storage box to obtain the most Good results.The semi-conductor refrigeration method adopted in this paper improves the shortcomings of large-capacity and high air-freight freight of aeronautical insulation storage boxes cooled by compressors.It provides a certain research basis for the optimization design of the storage box of the aviation logistics carrier in the future.
