With the continuous development of urban rail transit network,the accessibility of network traffic is greatly increased.The travel of urban residents is more convenient.However,the urban rail transit network is facing severe operating pressure while meeting the travel demand of urban residents.Especially during the peak hours in the transfer station,the queues often occur in the waiting area of platforms and the bottleneck areas of pedestrian facilities.On the one hand,the internal passenger flows are more complex than the single line station.While there are more facilities and equipment in the transfer station,which makes the passenger flow organization and operation organization more difficult.On the other hand,the actual operation efficiency of the facilities and equipment cannot effectively meet the needs of passenger flow organization in the station after years of use..This paper analyzed the passenger flow characteristics,passenger behavior characteristics and the actual capacity of bottleneck equipment in the transfer station.With consideration of the urban rail transit passenger flow control principle and large passenger flow response plan,a passenger flow coordinated control model at urban rail transit transfer station was proposed.In the end,the model was validated through case analysis to further study the passenger flow control scheme of urban rail transit interchange stations.The details include:(1)Due to the different destinations and routes,the passenger flows are divided into inbound flow,outbound flow and transfer flow.Then the capacities of pedestrian facilities and equipment are analyzed.(2)Based on the survival analysis method,this paper analyzed the speed and time when passengers passing through the bottleneck facilities in the station,then took the arriving passenger flow as the judgment basis of the bottleneck passenger flow status,and obtained the actual traffic capacity of the bottleneck facilities.Take escalator as an example,the paper explored the behavior characteristics of passengers in front of the bottleneck under different passenger flow status,and got the critical value of the passenger volume when the bottleneck fails.(3)According to the passenger flow control logic of the urban rail transit,a passenger flow coordinated control model with consideration of different key areas of the station is established.Then the field data of passenger flow was used to get a quantified coordinated control measures.(4)Taking Jiashan Road Station of Shanghai Metro Line 9 and line 12 as the research object,the passenger flow control objectives and coordinated control strategies are formulated in Matlab,and the coordinated control model is used to solve the problem.The objective of minimizing the waiting passenger flow at the platform is achieved by adjusting the passenger flow rate at the entry station,the passenger travel and transfer time,and the train arrival interval.
