| Outburst of mass passenger flow, which accumulates too much people in certain part of city in a short time, brings severe challenge to urban rail transit system that serves for commuting and business trip. How to guarantee normal operation of rail transit system during the outburst becomes an urgent problem to the governors, especially when international and domestic significant large-scale activities are frequently held. This paper, considering the characteristic of outburst passenger flow, and in line with scientific, practical principle, improves the operation organization theory and method of urban rail transit system. Only focusing on the characteristics of the outburst of mass passenger flow, can the research be carried out with a clear goal and better confirm to reality. Looking to the current international and domestic researches on this problem, little takes into consideration of the characteristics mentioned-above. Therefore it is meaningful to study on this problem.This paper, considering both the outburst mass passenger flow demand of rail transit system and the basic requirement of operation organization, analyzes related operation organization problems of rail transit system when mass passenger flow outbursts.First, this paper interprets the concept and characteristic of outburst mass passenger flow, and divides the passenger flow into two parts: outburst passenger flow and daily passenger flow. In the process of calculating outburst mass passenger flow, this paper concludes the calculating method of day-by-day audience number of the destination of outburst mass passenger flow, based on the venues distribution, time schedule and audience rate; concludes audience distribution anticipating method respectively with local audience and ecdemic audience, based on the development level of population and economy of every original traffic trip district; educes traffic model split and traffic assignment method for passenger flow forecasting of rail transit system based on the characteristic of outburst mass passenger flow. In the process of calculating daily passengers, this paper focuses more on the cutting strategy and method under outburst mass passenger flow situation, concludes daily passenger cutting principles; calculates outburst mass passenger flow demand of rail transit system by combining the two results, therefore provides decision-making principle for rail transit system organization and planning. This paper also concludes the total outburst mass passenger flow demand of rail transit lines around the Olympic Park during the Olympic Games.Second, this paper studies the transport organization scheme of rail transit system under outburst mass passenger flow, analyzes the train formation solution adaptability, compares the train routing solutions, concludes the train dwelling schemes, and also analyzes train operations under special train routing solution. Additionally, this paper concludes the transportation organization scheme of rail transit lines around the Olympic Park during the Olympic Games.Third, this paper analyzes the transmission capacity and modifies the carrying capacity under outburst mass passenger flow; gives the station residence time and average necessary cushion time of working diagram calculating methods; analyzes the impact of turn-back to the carrying capacity; studies station capacity calculating method under outburst mass passenger flow, and also analyzes Da Tun Lu East station and Panda Island during the Olympic Games in details.Finally, this paper studies the abnormal operation organization of rail transit system under outburst mass passenger flow; summaries the abnormal operation characteristics of rail transit system; classifies abnormal operation events; concludes operation organization measures to any abnormal operation event. |
