Along with our country the sustained and rapid growth of national economy,construction industry as an important material basis of people’s production and living is also booming,engineering construction investment projects continue to increase,make the broad masses of the people’s material and cultural life level and improve the urban and rural areas face significant improvements and,at the same time the emergence of a series of engineering quality problems seriously affect the investment benefit of construction enterprise and business development,had significant effects on the society and losses,caused the extensive concern of the society from all walks of life.Taking HZ primary school project as an example,this paper conducts a systematic research on the project quality control of XN Real Estate Co.,LTD.,a construction enterprise.Case method and literature research,this article mainly from the construction project quality control of domestic and foreign research dynamic,combined with the project quality management and control of relevant concepts,theories,HZ elementary school construction projects,for example,and analyzed the XN real estate co.,LTD.,the status quo and existing problems in all kinds of project quality control,pointed proposed the XN real estate co.,LTD.,the project quality control,improvement and optimization scheme at the same time,made the project quality control of effective optimization plan implementation safeguard measures,in order to improve the project quality control level of XN real estate co.,LTD.,It also plays a certain guiding and reference role in the quality control of similar construction projects in the industry.According to the research,the main problems existing in the quality control of XN Real Estate Co.,Ltd.are the imperfect quality management organization,irregular selection of construction personnel,insufficient attention to communication and coordination,weak quality awareness of personnel,and irregular material procurement and inspection.Papers from optimizing,norms of quality management organization,including the selection of construction personnel,to carry out the post responsibility and rewards,to do a good job of communication and coordination,improve staff quality consciousness,standardize building materials procurement and inspection aspects the XN real estate co.,LTD.,project quality control optimization scheme,and the corresponding from the aspects of personnel,technology,system optimization scheme of the implementation of the safeguard measures are put forward.
