rounded improvement for enterprises.Training as a demand and means to increase the competitiveness of firms which can be seen in the daily cultural disseminate of companies.It is not hard to digest a understanding that the propensity or fall of a company is closely linked to each employees performance.In a word,company’s powerful level requires a better training quality for the employees as time passes.Training system,training management,training methods,training effect evaluation are all facing new needs and tests.How training should become the driving force of enterprises has become a new one Thinking questions.In the enterprise,everyone from the management to the staff has their own understanding of training,and their views are not the same.Some people think that training is useless the training system,system and training development of enterprises.However,there are some problems in the content and operation of training system in many enterprises.Based on this reason,this paper will study AK company production staff training,analyze the current problems and put forward improvement measures enrich the theory of training for the production crew,also provides reference for training practice.Hereby I would love to drop a reference for the same type of enterprises through this study.AK company is a large bus manufacturing enterprise that produces large and medium-sized buses,buses,school buses,baostone,etc.Founded in 1997 and listed in the same year,the company has two bus and one bus parts production base,which is a national key scientific research base.In recent years,with the continuous development of the company’s business,the establishment of training system has been promoted from top to bottom.In this paper,based on field investigation and practical data,through questionnaire survey and data analysis,guided by training theory and practice method,through case analysis and reference to training management of excellent enterprises,this paper analyzes and studies the current situation,key problems and improvement schemes of production and processing enterprises’ training.This paper consists of six parts.The first part introduces the
