Cultivation of fierce market competition makes enterprises pay more attention to the staff training,which as an important way to acquire talent,retain talent.Quality and efficiency of enterprise staff training can improve the overall quality of human resources,strengthen the enterprise overall the whole enterprise long-term strategy,it also can achieve a win-win situation of enterprises and employees.In this paper,based on the theory of staff training,career theory and learning theory as a guide,and reference to the advanced enterprise mature training results,the JZ power company to carry out a scientific and objective analysis.The work not only affirmed the achievements,also see clearly the existing staff training in the work of the shortcomings,and then combined with the practical needs and the long-term development of the company,to find the improvement measures,and puts forward Implement security mechanism: staff training set meet the needs of business in work units and employees to improve personal occupation career development two levels,follow the practical principle,difference principle,forward-looking principle,interactive principle,incentive principle.On the basis of the analysis of training needs,through hierarchical design training programs,improve training methods,strengthen the teaching staff,development of new training materials and other sectors,to promote the healthy development of staff training system.Then through establishment of training evaluation system,improvment staff training incentive mechanism to promote staff training to a higher level,to enhance the overall quality of human resources.In order to improve the overall quality of staff,achieve the perfect employee training system of the company,the company improve the efficiency and quality of staff training,at the same time,look forward to the rest companies improving the training for a valuable experience and reference.
