With the development of internationalization and China’s social and economic development,the competition among Chinese enterprises has entered the stage of talent competition.However,most enterprises focus on how to attract talents instead of focusing on how to make use of the advantages of existing talents,and develop general training system according to the company’s development,even if some companies have established appropriate training system,The implementation and results are not satisfactory.By training ordinary employees,enterprises can not only improve their knowledge,but also improve their skills,promote their development,efficiency and sustainable development.This paper takes F company as the research object.Firstly,this paper expounds the research background,significance,research status at home and abroad,and summarizes the concept and related theories of employee training.This paper summarizes the analysis of the current situation of general staff training in F company.Firstly,it introduces the organization structure and human resource structure of F company.Then it analyzes the current situation of the company’s general staff training.Through the questionnaire survey and interview method,this paper investigates the general staff training situation of F company,and collects information for the following problem analysis.Through the above research,we find that F company has the following problems in the training of ordinary employees: the company’s training concept is backward,the training goal is not scientific,the training method is single,and the training process management is insufficient.After analysis,the main reasons for the above problems in the training of ordinary employees in F company are: the lack of understanding of the training concept of the middle and senior managers,the misunderstanding of the training work of general employees,the company’s training conditions can not meet the training needs and the lack of long-term planning for the training of ordinary employees.Put forward F company common staff training problem improvement strategy.Combined with the actual situation of F company,the corresponding improvement principles and ideas are put forward;The training framework and specific training content of ordinary employees are designed in detail;Finally,three safeguard measures are put forward to ensure the effective implementation of the improvement strategy.Finally,the research work of this paper is summarized,and the shortcomings of this paper are put forward,which points out the direction for future research.
