Study On Quality Management Of Urban River Comprehensive Regulation Project

Since the reform and opening up,China has entered a new era of rapid development.The rapid expansion of cities and the in-depth reform of urban-rural integration have significantly improved the people’s living standards.However,the rapid development of cities and the increase of urban residents have caused severe challenges to the ecological environment of urban rivers.Many rivers outside the city have become rivers inside the city.The clear rivers before have become filthy,which has a great impact on the city’s appearance and the physical and mental health of residents.Based on this,this thesis takes Huaibei City’s Urban River Comprehensive Improvement Project as the object and combines quality management methods to analyze the poor quality of Huaibei City’s Urban River Comprehensive Improvement Project.This paper uses the literature survey method and the questionnaire survey method as the basic research methods to analyze the reasons for the low quality of the urban river improvement project in Huaibei City,and try to provide feasible suggestions for the quality management of the comprehensive urban river improvement project in Huaibei City.The main research contents of this article are as follows:1.On the basis of summarizing the research results of urban river governance at domestic and abroad,combined with the relevant theoretical knowledge of project management,summarize the status quo of quality management of the sewage pipe network project for comprehensive improvement of urban rivers in Huaibei City.2.Based on the questionnaire survey method,find out and analyze the existing problems that affect the quality management of the urban river comprehensive improvement sewage pipe network project in Huaibei City.3.In connection with the current situation of our country,put forward feasible suggestions for the quality management of the comprehensive improvement of sewage pipe network project in Huaibei City.
