With the development of our city construction,more and more urban underground pipelines is laid and the problems of urban underground pipelines is pay attention to people.Thanks to the construction speed,short duration,high quality,low loss of over-current area,etc.,UV curing pipe repair technology has been widely used in foreign countries.In recent years,Chinese enterprises have introduced UV curing pipe repair technology,but in the raw materials,process parameters,equipment and other aspects are inadequate.In view of these problems,this article in-depth study on the material,construction technology,supporting facilities,large diameter collapse pipeline treatment and other aspects of the technology.On the UV curing curing repair materials,through a series of optimization experiments we design UV curing resin system,INV-V412 vinyl resin is selected for UV curing resin,and 1173B is selected for light initiator,3%volume of addition and BPO is selected for hot initiator,1%2%volume of addition and HB-620 gas phase silica is selected for thickener,2.5%volume of addition.The experimental analysis abort curing thickness of the UV curing resin system show that the liner of thickness of 13m can be cured at least.Through a series of optimization experiments,the 5th glass fiber cloth is selected for soft liner and N film is selected for inner film of soft liner.Two kinds of hose production methods were proposed.On the process of UV curing curing technology,the technical parameters of UV curing technology were studied by theoretical analysis and experiment.Through the theoretical analysis,the hose is divided into three stages:the initial expansion stage,the expansion phase and the curing stage.We propose the initial expansion pressure P0,the swelling pressure Pl,the working pressure PW,and derive the calculation formula.Through theoretical analysis,the function relationship between the speed of pullback and the time of irradiation is summarized,the function relationship between the opening time and the irradiation time is also summarized.The effects of irradiation time and UV lamp power on the curing effect of the hose were analyzed.The process parameters of 400 mm diameter and 800mm diameter were studied by means of model test and orthogonal test.The results show that for 400 mm diameter pipe using uv curing technology for pipeline repair,its most parameters are:irradiation time 4 min,UV lamp power is 500 W hose curing pressure is 0.06 MPa.for 800 mm diameter pipe using UV curing technology for pipeline repair,its most parameters are:irradiation time 6 min,UV lamp power is 700W,hose curing pressure is 0.04 MPa.Through the actual pipe test,the relevant technological parameters are proved to be reasonable and correct.On the UV curing curing repair technology supporting equipment,the repair port sealing device of uv curing lining pipeline is designed.Based on the theory of buckling failure,the stainless steel wall thickness of the port sealing device was studied.We propose a new thin-wall stainless steel wall thickness design model based on the theory of flexion theory,and deduce the corresponding formula of the minimum wall thickness.We have applied the results of the port seal to the actual project,the practice shows that the port seal device is a good solution to the liner and the original pipeline gap leakage problem.On the large-caliber deformation collapse pipeline UV curing repair,we have invented the trenchless repair technology for large diameter collapse ducts.First through the use of foreign advanced sealing material H100 and soil curing material H40 on the collapse of the deformation of the soil around the pipe reinforcement,and then the grouting area of the drainage pipe and tube curing soil were cut off,while prefabricated steel were instead of cutting the pipe,and finally using UV curing technology to form a new liner.The process successfully solved the technical problems of the large-diameter collapse pipeline trenchless repair,to avoid the drawbacks of similar pipelines before excavation.In addition,the formulas of reinforcement scope and penetration scope of grouting and the formulas of grouting pipe layout,are acquired.
