The promotion of world economic integration has been continuously strengthened,and China's “One Belt,One Road” and other development strategies have been gradually implemented.Powerful construction companies are rushing to the world and strive to win development opportunities in overseas markets.China's international trade cooperation methods are also constantly changing,and new forms of cooperation organizations and cooperation are also enriched.In this context,the development of the construction industry is also changing with each passing day,and it has participated in the international development earlier and promoted the development of the global construction industry.However,in the context of the relatively low international market recognition,the low international influence of its own brand,the gap between the internal structure of the enterprise and the requirements of the international market,the same needs to be faced with how to complete transnational operations."Going out" gradually transitions to the challenges and challenges of truly integrating into the project area.As a typical domestic construction company,ZSG is facing such a problem.In view of the above,this paper firstly analyzes the research framework,research methods and research ideas of this paper on the basis of in-depth analysis of macroeconomic background and industry background,and actively draws on important domestic and international discussions on corporate strategy,and theories among them.Blind spots and blank points were analyzed in depth,pointing out the innovations of this paper.Then,based on the theory of internationalization,SWOT analysis theory and strategic management theory,this paper focuses on the key aspects of the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats faced by domestic construction companies in the international strategic management.Then,under the general trend of “going out” in China,combined with ZSG real estate company's internal and external situations,it analyzes its international strategic planning and selection under the globalization perspective,and designs its international strategic management package to meet domestic construction.The strategic management of enterprises in overseas markets proposes international strategies and supporting measures that can be used for reference.
