After years of rapid development,China's economy has successfully leaped into the world's second-largest economy.More and more Chinese enterprises are becoming internationalized.China's electric power equipment manufacturers are acutely aware of the need to define their mission and formulate strategies to win.Therefore,using strategic management to identify the direction,to sustain competitive advantages and gain new ones has profound practical significance.NARI Group Corporation is the leader of China electric power equipment manufacturing industry.Based on the research of internationalization and strategy management,using various methods such as PEST method,Porter's five force model,Value chain analysis method,analogy method,etc.,a systematic study is carried out.Firstly,the theoretical foundation was built by studying the theories and methods of internationalization theory and strategy management.Secondly,audit NARI Group Corporation from both external and internal perspectives.In the external audit,it clarifies the key forces in the external environment,the development trend of the industry and the competitive position of the enterprise in both domestic and international markets.Then from the internal perspective,analyze the resources and capabilities of the enterprise,identify the distinctive competitiveness,the core competitiveness are also determined.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the external and internal environment of the group,the alternative strategies were listed combined with the SWOT matrix.Analyzed the motivation for the international development and the obstacles it is facing,choose internationalized development strategy in combination with set goals.At the end of the thesis,the author puts forward some suggestions for the internationalization of enterprise from three basis of technology,talents and funds,and lists some safeguard measures.
