Research On Evaluation System Of Influencing Factors Of Engineering Performance Guarantee Cost

In the field of construction,engineering guarantee has always been an important risk management measure in engineering construction management,but the system has not been introduced into China for a long time.There are many problems that are currently highlighted.The harm of inconsistent charging of engineering guarantee fees is mainly due to the immaturity of the guarantor.The reference model of charges,the investigation of the company's comprehensive performance is not enough,so that the guarantor cannot obtain effective risk preparation.Based on reading a large number of relevant literatures and drawing on more mature evaluation models at home and abroad,this study mainly uses questionnaire survey method,expert ranking method,market research method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and other methods to establish the evaluation of influencing factors of project performance guarantee costs System,and finally its reliability was verified by actual case analysis.The main contents are as follows:(1)Construction of the index system of influencing factors of performance guarantee feesThrough a large number of literature readings and expert suggestions of the project guarantee system,the indicators of the factors affecting the project performance guarantee cost were initially established,and then the feasibility of the indicators was verified by questionnaire survey.Reliability and the validity of the questionnaire validity have established an indicator system of a total of 23 indicators of project performance guarantee costs including financial capability,project status,project risk level,integrity status,and performance capability.(2)Evaluation system of influencing factors of project performance guarantee feesThrough the comparison and analysis of different evaluation methods,based on the characteristics of evaluation indicators that are fuzzy and difficult to quantify,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the expert ranking method are finally selected as the evaluation research methods for the influencing factors of project performance guarantee costs.According to the survey of the construction market bigdata,detailed scoring standards were formulated for the evaluation system.The expert ranking method was selected for the weight setting of the index system,and the final evaluation score was calculated using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.(3)Model applicationChoosing C Construction Co.,Ltd.to carry out the evaluation and research on the influencing factors of project performance guarantee costs,the company's final score is 86.04 points,grade B,indicating that the company's overall performance level is good,consistent with the company's actual situation,which can prove the reliability of the model,Can be used as a reference basis for guarantee agencies to provide performance guarantee fee collection.The evaluation system of influencing factors for project performance guarantee fees constructed in this paper can help guarantee institutions to provide a scientific and feasible reference model in the process of pricing performance guarantee fees,reduce the risk of product pricing,and at the same time understand the comprehensive performance of contracting companies,which helps The contractor regulates its own behavior,improves the project quality of the project,and promotes the development of the construction market.
