In recent ten years,with the rapid development of national economy and the continuous progress of urbanization,urban rail transit becomes the first choice of all modes of transportation.Due to the limitation of terrain and space,the curved bridge can well adapt to the requirements of line selection,while the continuous box girder bridge has the advantages of good track smoothness,low cost,low noise,etc..Among them,the transverse dimension of straddle type monorail transit bridge is small,its transverse rigidity is difficult to control,and the effect of centrifugal force on the curve,the box section is suitable,so the curved continuous box girder is suitable Bridge is widely used in rail transit in recent years.Curved continuous thin-walled box girder bridge not only has the mechanical characteristics of continuous beam,but also has the mechanical characteristics of curved beam and thin-walled structure.Under the comprehensive influence of these three mechanical characteristics,its stress characteristics are extremely complex.Scholars at home and abroad have carried out a lot of theoretical research and model test Research on curved beam bridge and continuous box girder bridge.In this paper,a continuous thin-walled steel box girder bridge with curved section is studied based on the engineering background of a straddle type monorail bridge.The main work completed is as follows:1.Improve and deduce the geometry equation of curved beam deformation.According to the geometry equation and physical equation of curved beam,The stress differential equation of curved beam is established,and the stress characteristics of curved beam in and out of plane are analyzed.2.The beam element model and plate element model of curved continuous thin-walled box girder are established,and the finite element analysis and stress calculation are carried out to provide the basis for the formulation of the static load test scheme and serve as the basis for the analysis and evaluation of the test results;3.According to the relevant bridge codes and test regulations of China,the static load test scheme is formulated,and the static load test of curved continuous thin-walled box girder is carried out.The mechanical properties of the continuous curve thin-walled box girder are further analyzed by comparing the experimental data with the finite element calculation.
