In recent years,the rapid growth of the national economy,the continuous increase of car sales and ownership,to a certain extent,facilitates people's travel problems,but on the other hand,it also brings a series of traffic congestion,traffic safety and other issues.According to the car crash results of Tongji University in 2018,the number of car frontal crashes ranks first in the total number of road traffic accidents,accounting for up to 50%.Such accidents are easy to cause serious injury to the driver's head and chest,accounting for 32.9% and 10.2% respectively.This poses a serious threat to people's lives,and the complexity of the driver injury process in the accident also poses a great challenge to the relevant departments dealing with the accident.In order to determine the severity of the driver's injury in the frontal collision accident,it is necessary to reconstruct the process of the driver's injury to carry out rapid graded medical aid for the driver,and how to accurately complete the reconstruction research is a difficulty.Based on the real frontal crash cases,this paper studies the reconstruction of driver injury process.The specific work is as follows:(1)Firstly,3185 data collected and opened by NAIS were analyzed to determine the most number of frontal crashes as the follow-up research object.Then,653 frontal crashes were statistically analyzed to analyze the injury characteristics of participants' vehicles and drivers,and the injury factors of drivers were calibrated as the boundary transport for the reconstruction of the following chapters Entry conditions.(2)Analyze the types and characteristics of the driver's injury in the frontal collision,extract five types of the driver's injury in the frontal collision,namely,the windshield or windshield frame collision injury,whiplash injury,steering wheel injury,limb reflex injury and safety belt injury,and design the injury evaluation criteria for the head and chest which are the most serious injury to the driver,so as to provide the damage for the rear driver The evaluation of driver injury in the study of injury process reconstruction provides a basis.(3)The contents of EDR data records,data requirements and data reading methods are analyzed,and real traffic accident cases are used to reconstruct vehicle speed,which proves the accuracy and reliability of EDR data.Then,guided by the damage evaluation and based on the real case,EDR data is used to build a simulation test platform to realize the Simulation Reconstruction of the damage process of the driver in the car frontal collision,and then the real injury test report is used for comparative verification.The results show the feasibility and reliability of the test method.(4)The relationship between driver injury and influencing factors is discussed.In order to study the relationship between driver injury,collision speed and collision angle,two kinds of test schemes are set up by using the single factor test method.In the first category,five kinds of speed conditions covering high,medium and low speed are selected,and in the second category,five kinds of conditions with different collision angles are selected.The test results show that the head and chest injuries of drivers increase with the increase of vehicle speed,and the degree of head and chest injuries of drivers is the most serious under the impact angle of 180 °.
