Take the tobacco in middle areas of Henan province as material,analyzed the overall distribution of the chlorine content and chlorine content between flue-cured tobacco and soil from major tobacco-growing areas(Xuchang,Pingdingshan,Luohe),also the relationships between them;aspects as altitude and climate,analysis and compare the chlorine content changes of flue-cured tobacco under different climatic and altitude conditions in middle-Henan;study the relationship between leaf and chlorine content with physical properties and sensory quality.The main conclusions are as follows :Take 117 cured-tobacco samples(C3F)from middle-Henan area(Xuchang,Pingdingshan,Luohe)as basic line,conduct a comprehensive description of the statistical analysis of chlorine content both in soil and tobacco.The results show that: water-soluble chlorine content in soil among the whole tobacco-growing areas ranged from 7.10 mg / kg ~ 84.77 mg / kg,means from three areas(Xuchang,Luohe,Pingdingshan)were 33.14 mg / kg,33.43 mg / kg,36.96 mg / kg;ranges from whole middle-Henan were 0.01% to 1.07%,chlorine content of tobacco from Pingdingshan,Xuchang and Luohe were 0.41%,0.43%,0.32%,chlorine content is appropriate at most of the area.Regressively analysis the chlorine content both in cured-tobacco and water-soluble soil shows that: with the increasing chlorine content from water-soluble soil,chlorine content presents a clear upward trend,which indicates chlorine content of tobacco greatly influenced by chloride content from water-soluble soil.Referred the predecessors’ s classification on chlorine content from water-soluble soil as criteria,divided chlorine content from water-soluble soil in Henan Tobacco District five group as very low(≤15mg / kg),low(15-20 mg / kg),suit(20-30 mg / kg)high(30-40 mg / kg),very high(≥40mg / kg),statistical analysis of cured-tobacco from three regions(Xuchang,Luohe,Pingdingshan)shows that : the proportion of sample which chlorine content in water-soluble soil from Pingdingshan,Xuchang,Luohe are in very low and low ranges were: 13.95%,15.56%,5210.35%,which are all meet the needs of high-quality tobacco production,Pingdingshan,Xuchang have 32.56%,33.33% of the sample where chlorine content in soil were in the appropriate range,of which 53.49%,51.11% of samples is relatively high;and chlorine content of soil in Luohe area accounted for 24.14% in suit group and 65.51% in high group,coefficient of variation among three regions from large to low is Luohe > Pingdingshan > Xuchang,we can see the largest coefficient of variation among the areas of chlorine content in soil is Luohe where distribution of chlorine content in water-soluble soil is not balanced.Take 117 data samples from Henan tobacco District as studied base,analysis the altitude relationship with chlorine content from soil and tobacco,the results showed that: different altitudes has different impact on chlorine content of soil and tobacco.Grouping the altitudes by different numbers can see that the chlorine content of water-soluble soil and flue-cured tobacco at the altitude lower than 126 m are decreases with the increasing altitude,both have the negatively correlated with altitude;while at altitude between 126m-361 m when chlorine content in flue-cured tobacco and soil increase with the height above sea level rising,both have the positively correlated with altitude.Correlated analysis and descriptive counting on the chlorine content of flue-cured tobacc0 in Henan-growing areas with various climatic factors shows that: concerned with deviate coefficient,the chlorine content in tobacco,precipitation,temperature,sunshine hours and evaporation deviation values are all greater than 0,which shows a positive bias peak,relative humidity is shown as a negative bias peak,from peak factor can be seen,the temperature,sunshine hours,relative humidity,evaporation peak value greater than 0 which performance as a sharp peak,while chlorine content and precipitation is relatively flat.Chlorine content of flue-cured tobacco with precipitation and evaporation was significantly negatively correlated as decreases with the increasing precipitation,evaporation,while with the sunshine hours was significantly positively correlated as increase with the duration of sunshine hours gradually getting longer,while the relationship with the average temperature and relative humidity did not reach a significant level.Applied the descriptive counting,correlation analysis and regression analysis while studying the mid-Henan area tobacco’s relationships between chlorine content and physical property.The results show that: the chlorine content and physical traits in tobacco exist a wide range of variation between samples,variability of inherent quality is generally greater than the physical properties,the standard deviation and the mean of chlorine content was 0.24 and 0.39,its deviation coefficients and peak factors were 0.76,0.02 which shows in a positive bias peak,distributed as a sharp pesk,as for the deviation coefficient of tensile force,single leaf weight,tensile strength,leaf mass quality,leaf thickness,equilibrium moisture content are all greater than 0 which is a positive biased peak,however stem ratio is less than 0 show as a negative bias peak,it can be seen that chlorine content,tensile force,tensile strength,leaf mass weight,the padding value and thickness that pick factors of them are all greater than 0,shown as a sharp peak near the average level,as distributes chlorine content of the sharpest,others show broader peaks;chlorine content and various indicators physical properties of tobacco from mid-Henan such as tensile force,tensile strength,average weight of single leaf show the significant negative correlation,meanwhile the stem ratio,leaf mass quality,padding value,leaf thickness,equilibrium moisture content and chlorine content which below the 0.05 levels were not significantly correlated.Applied the descriptive counting,correlation analysis and regression analysis while researching the relationship between chlorine content and sensory quality in mid-Henan Areas,the results shown: as for the deviation coefficient,chlorine,aroma quality,odor,irritation,aftertaste,fragrant type,grouping factors have deviations all greater than 0 with the positive bias peak,while concerned about the peak factor of tobacco chlorine,aroma quality,odor,aftertaste,flavor,aroma quantitative affect on grouping factor,grayness,concentration,strength,dryness,sweetness,the peak factor is less than zero which shows as the negative bias peaks,however peak factor of stimulating resistance and flammability is less than 0 shown as relatively flat wide;take the chlorine content of flue-cured tobacco and index sensory quality score into correlation analysis,scores about chlorine content with irritation and burning under level 0.05 shows a significantly negative correlation,decrease significantly during the two scores raising,with the aftertaste score showed a significant positive correlation under the 0.05 level and increase with the aftertaste scores increasing,with the index odor score showed a significantly positive correlation of lower level 0.01 and there is no relevance with the sensory quality and other indicators.
