Design Of Cave Type Cotton Seeding Transplanting Maching

This paper designed an Cave type cotton seedling transplanting mechanism on the foundation of knowing the development status and existing problems of dry land transplanting technology and transplanting machine at home and abroad.This mechanism is consisted of the burrowing seedling and separating mechanism.This paper describes the principle and structure of cave cotton seedling transplanting machine which can also be used to transplant other crop like tomatos,corn and so on that realize transplanting automation and reduce labor intensity.This paper discussed the working principle and structure of the various parts of the cave cotton seedling transplanting machine.Based on this,we designed a suit of the transplanting mechanism of the cavern type cotton seedling.By reading the relevant literatures,the overall scheme of cotton seedling transplanting machine system is determined.The whole mechanism is composed of the cave,separating seedling,seedling,soil covering parts.The cave part design was prepared for the preliminary preparation of the cotton seedling transplant,meeting the depth and hole size requirements of the seedling transplanting.The separating seedling part is working when the machine is making a hole,putting the seedlings from the seedling tray to seedling part mobile basket.It can find the appropriate seedling position and put the seedlings in the cave on the understanding of the principle of basket transplanting machine structure and the trajectory analysis of basket.Finally,the soil covering part covered and compacted the soil on the seedlings,finishing the seedling transplantation.
