| To further study the growth of pigs and FCR(Feed conversion rate)in different stages and find the turning point for the precision breeding to provide the reference,this experiment measureed and analysed the growth performance for 167 new American strain Yorkshire,71 Landrace,70 Duroc by the swine production performance measurement system.This test detected the genetic diversity for D298 N site of MC4 R gene by using the PCR-RFLP,and analyzed different gene types correlative of average daily gain,average daily feed intake and feed conversion rate.The results were as follows:1.The comparison of growth traits of different pig breeds and the rules of the feed were studied,and the data of all the traits were in normal distribution.2.In experiment,pigs showed a few times of eating,an average of 0.29 kg each time,per weight concentrated in 0.6kg less,feed peak appeared at 8:00~ 9:00AM and 13:00~ 15:00PM every day,and the feed intake was proportional to the feeding time.3.Correlation analysis of different growth traits of pigs indicated that: feed conversion rate was positively correlated with birth weight,daily gain and birth weight was significantly positive correlation.4.The results of the analysis of the growth performance of the pig at 30~120kg stage were showed that: The daily feed intake gradually increased with the increase of body weight,and daily gain with body weight was an parabolic trend approximately,30~80kg increased gradually and the peak about 80 kg,80~120kg gradually decreases.Feed conversion rate of 30~50kg gradually rised,stabilized at 50~80kg and sharped at 80~120kg.5.D298 N main effect sites of MC4 R gene were polymorphic distribution in Duroc,Yorkshire,Landrace and the pigs of south black of Henan,and allele G was the dominant allele.GG genotypes were significantly higher than AA and AG(P< 0.05),feed conversion rate of GG genotypes were higher than AAand AG in the experiment groups,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05). |
