[objective]As China is a big country on swine production,it is important to establish a kind of standardized and effective culture model in order to change the situation of abuse of antibiotics.Substitutes for antibiotics have wide application prospect of the above fields.In this study,we use different substitutes for antibiotics in diffferent periods,including lactation,nursery period,nursery later period and fattening period,to solve the specific bottlenecks in each period,in order to improve health of swinery and substitute feed growth promoting antibiotics.[methods]1.24 similar-parity sows(YxL)with similar weight healthy piglets were randomly divided into 4 groups,each group had 6 repeats,and each repeat had 1 individuals.Negative control group was fed with basic diet only.There treatment groups were fed with basic diet supplemented with TCM(Cuiru San),probiotics(Luodong probiotics)and their complex(Cuiru San+Luodong probiotics).The dose of Cuiru San was 1%,and Luodong probiotics was used with recommended dosage.In the 20 d,the sows were bled from marginal ear vein for testings of prolactin(PRL)?Growth hormone(GH)?Thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)?Triiodothyronine(T3)and Thyroxine(T4).And in the 28 d,weights of piglets were measured.2.180 similar-aged healthy nursery pigs(YxL)with similar weight were randomly divided into 6 groups,each group had 3 repeats,and each repeat had 10 individuals.Negative control group was fed with basic diet only.There treatment groups were fed with basic diet supplemented with TCM(Qiling San),probiotics(Luodong probiotics)and their complex(Qiling San+Luodong probiotics).Positive control group was fed with basic diet supplemented with antibiotics(Tylosin).The dose of Qiling San was 1%,and Luodong probiotics or Tylosin were used with recommended dosage.Biochemical indexes,immunological indexes and antioxidant indices were detected in 33d and 54d;intestinal villus length and crypt depth were tested by paraffin slice and HE staining.sIgA was tested by secretory immunoglobulin A kits.The number of E.coli and Lactobacillus in the cecum were also detected.3.150 similar-aged healthy piglets(Y×L)with similar weight were randomly divided into 5 groups,each group had 3 repeats,and each repeat had 10 individuals.Negative control group was fed with basic diet only.Four treatment groups were fed with basic diet supplemented with TCM(Qiling San),1%pseudostellaria polysaccharide,0.5%pseudostellaria polysaccharide and 1%astragalus polysaccharide.Biochemical indexes,immunological indexes,antioxidant indices and anti-stress indices were detected in 90d and 110d.4.120 similar-aged healthy fattening pigs(Y×L)with similar weight were randomly divided into 4 groups,each group had 3 repeats,and each repeat had 10 individuals.Negative control group was fed with basic diet only.Three treatment groups were fed with basic diet supplemented with TCM(ultrafine powder of houttuynia and bellflower),probiotics(Luodong probiotics)and their complex(ultrafine powder of houttuynia and bellflower+Luodong probiotics).Production performance of experimental pigs were detected and the occurrence of respiratory symptoms were recorded.Finally,the drug residues in pork products were detected.[results]1.In three experimental groups,the T-AOC of sows or piglets serum were significantly improved and the GSH-Px activities of piglets serum were also significantly improved;compared with other groups,the complex of Cuiru San and Luodong probiotics could increase the weights of piglets,and PRL,TSH,T3 in the sows serum.2.In 33 days,the contents of COR,T3 and T4,and activity of SOD in serum of Qiling San+Luodong probiotics group were significantly improved,the complex of Qiling San and Luodong probiotics could increase intestinal villus length,reduce crypt depth,promote secretion of sIgA and improve the cecal microflora significantly.In 54 days,the production performance of piglets in TCM group and probiotics group were significantly improved;the number of E.coli in probiotics group was significantly reduced;and compared with the control group,biochemical indexes or antioxidant indices in serum of each experimental group got improvement in different levels.3.The feed gain ratio of 0.5%pseudostellaria polysaccharide group was significantly reduced;antioxidant indices(T-SOD?T-AOC?MDA)and immunological indexes(IgA?IgM)of TCM group were significantly improved,and COR,T4,IGF-1 in serum were also significantly improved.4.The production performance of combined medication group was significantly improved,meanwhile the occurrence of respiratory symptoms of this group was significantly reduced.Moreover,all pork products of experimental groups met the pollution-free standards.[conclusion]1.Cuiru San or Cuiru San combined with probiotics can significantly improve health degree of sows,and promote lactation.2.Qiling San combined with probiotics can significantly improve production performance and health level of nursery pigs,and improve the intestinal epithelium and microbial community structure,its effects are similar with feed growth promoting antibiotics(tylosin).3.Qiling San can significantly improve health level of piglets,its effects are better than astragalus polysaccharide or pseudostellaria polysaccharide.4.Ultrafine powder of houttuynia and bellflower can significantly reduce occurrence of respiratory symptoms,all pork products of experimental groups met the pollution-free standards.
