Dicranostigma Leptopodum(maxim.)fedde belongs to the plant of Papaveraceae.A variety of alkaloids exist in the whole plant,Alkaloids make a great contribution to its analgesic and sedative,anti-tumor,antibacterial and insecticidal activity.Although the antifungi ingredients of whole plant of Dicranostigma Leptopodum(maxim.)fedde have been explored,there is no system research on which is the main compound makes the most contribution to its antifungui activity.Different crude extracts of Dicranostigma Leptopodum(maxim.)fedde were tested against 12 kinds of plant pathogenic fungi.The results demonstrated that ingredients possessing antifungal-activity mainly exist in the DCM and n-butanol extracts.The two extracts were subjected to isolation to provide seven alkaloids through silica gel column chromatography,alumina column chromatography,LH-20 sephadex chromatography and other isolation techniques.Alkaloids were identified by spectroscopic analysis as well as bismuth potassium iodide test to be TCH-12(Chelerythrine),TCH-13(Sanguinarine),TCH-11(Coptisine),TCH-7(Corydine),TCH-10(Isocorydine),TCH-3(Protopine)and TCH-4(Magnoflorine).The compounds(Chelerythrine,Sanguinarine,Magnoflorine)isolated from the whole plant demonstrated excellent bioactivity against the 12 kinds of plant pathogenic fungi.The alkaloids in the plant with higher concentration were tested via HPLC: TCH-11(Coptisine)0.95 mg/g;TCH-10(Isocorydine)11.44 mg/g;TCH-4(Magnoflorine)2.04 mg/g.According to the results above,we can make sure that magnoflorine is the mainly bioactive compound against plant pathogenic fungi.
