The Feasibility Analysis Of ERP Applied In State-owned Forestry Farm

Based on the guidance of "state-owned forest farm reform program" and"state-owned forest reform guidance",state-owned forest farm makes a progress in management,building a new forest farm of ecological,social and economic benefits as one for the purpose.ERP,as an effectice method to improce management,is a best way to achieve the development of the state-owned forest farm.In this thesis,ERP feasibility analysis system applied in state-owned forest farm is constructed for the successful ERP implementation in state-owned forest farm.ERP Feasibility Study in state-owned forest farm consistes three parts:management groundwork analysis in state-owned forest farm,the matching analysis between state-owned forest farm and ERP software,invenstment analysis of ERP project in state-owned forest farm.Given that five aspacts(ecological benefit,social benefit,economic benefit,management level,basic condition)of state-owned forest farm,management groundwork analysis was established by indicators as a method and sustainability as standard.By the management functions of forest farm and the logic of ERP,the matching analysis select the perfect ERP software in a way of the correlation degree.From the price of the perfect ERP software,invenstment analysis mainly uses the the equivalent coefficient method and net present value method and dynamic investment payback method to value the feasibility of ERP project in forest farm.Huangfengqiao state-owned forest farm,one of the top ten state-owned forest farm,is selected as an example to prove the ERP feasibility analysis system.In Huangfengqiao state-owned forest farm,the result of management groundwork is 0.8671,which present strong sustainalbity and effective management.In the process of matching analysis,UF's ERP software is the best choice for Huangfengqiao state-owned forest farm.Through the UF ERP software price,the present value of the incremental revenue and project payback found Huangfengqiao State Forest Farm ERP project investment is not feasible.After fanacil data and interview in forest farm,the pension amount in overhead is too large,causing unfeasibility of invenstment.According to the analysis,forest farm should pay more attention in ecology;gain more technological input,inprove the management system,and reduce the proportion of management fee.
