| Ganoderma lucidum has become one of the worlds most effective medicinal mushroom,Many scholars study its efficacy deeply.The function of Anti-tumor,anti-fatigue,enhance immunity and so on which produced triterpenoids and polysaccharides of Ganoderma luciduwi is popular among people.The knowledge of cultivation is grasped gradually,Currently cultivating successfully for decades,from basswood cultivation to substitute cultivation,from soil cultivation to indoor cultivation,from broadleaf sawdust to variety of new planting materials,so Ganoderma lucidum cultivation metthods have become more and more diversified.1.Coix is a kind of food with medicinal value,it produced in Fujian,Hunan,Jiangsu,Hebei.Coix shell is a waste of agricultural production,mostly discarded or bumed.It is not only waste ecological resources but also pollute the environment.Tea stems is also a kind of waste by agricultural production after harvesting tea.For saving energy and protecting the environment,we use Coix shell and Tea stems to cultivate Ganoderma lucidum instead of part of sawdust.The results are as follows:study on Agronomic traits,growth rate of mycelium,production of fruiting body,active ingredients,we got the best formula:sawdust 76%,Coix shelllO%,branlO%,Corn flour3%5 plasterl%.And another best Formula:sawdust61%,Tea stems20%,bran15%,Com f;our3%,Plaster1%.2.Comparing the difference of Active ingredients in Ganoderma sessile Murr.Selfing strains,Blood Ganoderma hybridization strains,Ganoderma hybridization strains.Compare the fingerprints of different strains by HPLC.The results are as follows:the strain of G13/10 in Ganoderma sessile Murr.Selfing strains has the highest polysaccharides and higher triterpenoids.The strain of X-19/AL-9 in Blood Ganoderma-Ganoderma hybridization strains has the highest polysaccharides and triterpenoids.The strains of J-16/AL-14 and J-19/AL-7 in Ganoderma hybridization strains have higher Active ingredients.The Similarity of different strains fingerprints is about 0.8-0.9.3.Selecting 7 hybrid strains cultivated with JUNCAO,the formulation of JUNCAO is Dicranopteris30%,Miscanthus floridulus43%,bran25%,plaster2%.We could select the best strain Based on this formula.he strain of J1/AL12 has the highest production,and the higher polysaccharides and triterpenoids.J-6/AL-7 had the fastest mycelium growth rate and higher yield,but its active ingredients were general,it can also be used as a better strains for JUNCAO cultivation. |
