Objective Study the developmental effects of habitat conditions on the growth and the active ingredient Acanthopanax provide reference for artificial planting Acanthopanax.Methods Use black nylon mesh fabric and on seed germination and seedling growth test shade, light shade gradient after treatment is( 100%, 51.2%, 39.8%, 18.9%, 4.5%); and the use of artificial climate simulation outdoor temperature on seed germination tests carried out shade, and shade outdoor seed germination tests were compared to study the light transmittance on seed germination and seedling growth. Effect of different NPK fertilizer treatments on seedling growth and Acanthopanax medicinal ingredients, NPK on Acanthopanax seedling growth test, using three orthogonal design factor 4,a total of 14 treatment; NPK the impact of the active ingredients of Acanthopanax test was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Results Under the different shading of light on the growth effects of Acanthopanax Senticosus on in the 100% groups(bare land), the germination rate of seeds was significantly lower than that of Acanthopanax senticosus group shade to shade, seed germination, but the germination rate in the shade, no significant difference between the groups.Shade of thorn slender acanthopanax of active ingredients.The 18.9% group(two- layer shading) by Acanthopanax senticosus stems by B and by E were the highest in the shade, acanthopanax root thorn has little effect on B content of glycosides and glycosides E.Nitrogen phosphorus and potassium of growth of Acanthopanax senticosus:The initial N, P, K fertilizer effect model. The relationship between the growth and yield of ginseng,N, P, K fertilizer on plant height difference in each group, effects of stem and leaf length significantly,N2P2K2 in different fertilization treatment and N2P3K2 treatment effect is better,Do not apply any kind of nutrients N, P, K in the different degree leads to the slow growth.Single factor analysis showed that, N, P were significant on plant height, stem and leaf length effect. Conclusion The light of Acanthopanax senticosus seed germination, seedling growth and accumulation of active ingredients are affected,The optimum extraction conditions of Acanthopanax senticosus active ingredients determination,And through the combined application of N P K,To determine the effect of N2P2K2 and N2P3K2 fertilizer treatment the best,Has a significant influence on the growth of height and basal stem of Acanthopanax senticosus seedlings.
