Research On The Profit Characteristics Of Cultivated Land Utilization In Jiamusi City

Cultivated land resources are an important basis for agricultural development.Protecting cultivated land resources is of great significance to the country's social and economic development and the maintenance of food security.During the period of rapid economic and social development in China,both large and small cities have adopted an expansionary development route.The continuous upgrading of urbanization and the increasing proportion of industrial industries have brought about economic growth.At the same time,the problem is that the number of cultivated land resources is decreasing and the problem of cultivated land pollution is more serious.Although the economy is currently at medium and high speed,the country is actively changing its development mode and paying attention to ecological protection.However,due to the large amount of debts and the impact of natural disasters such as soil erosion,the quality of cultivated land resources is still declining,and the national food security has been affected.Threat.Therefore,we must protect and rationally use the cultivated land resources,fully exploit the production potential of cultivated land,and maximize the output benefits on the limited area of cultivated land,thereby improving the utilization efficiency of cultivated land,and thus achieving the sustainable use of cultivated land resources.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed a strategy for rural revitalization,and the Central Document No.1 fully deployed the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The Party Central Committee and the State Council have issued relevant policies such as strictly protecting the red line of cultivated land and promoting the structural reform of the agricultural supply side.The problem of solving the problems of production and life in agriculture and rural areas is an important arrangement for the current work,and the top-level design is planned for promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Heilongjiang Province is China's major grain province and shoulders the important responsibility of ensuring national food security.It is particularly important to protect the comprehensive production capacity of grain on the basis of protecting cultivated land.Jiamusi City is the main grain producing area of Heilongjiang Province,which is dominated by paddy fields.In 2016,Jiamusi City's grain output accounted for 14% of Heilongjiang's total grain output.The total grain output directly affected the overall grain production level of Heilongjiang,and comprehensively evaluated the cultivated land in Jiamusi City,grasping its characteristic laws,and maintaining national food security and realizing regional cultivated land.Sustainable use is of great significance.In order to objectively analyze the utilization efficiency of cultivated land resources in Jiamusi City,based on the full understanding of the current situation of Jiamusi cultivated land resources,in the construction of the evaluation index system,the cultivated land in the administrative area of Jiamusi City is utilized,and the cultivated land area,crop planting area and total grain output in the study area are utilized.Using the entropy method to calculate the weights of various indicators,and analyze the calculation results,then calculate and evaluate the utilization of cultivated land in Jiamusi City,and further analyze the spatial and temporal changes of the utilization efficiency of Jiamusi in 2010 and the impacts on the benefits of cultivated land use.The main factors are based on the time variation and regional characteristics to propose rationalization suggestions for improving the utilization of cultivated land and sustainable use of cultivated land in Jiamusi City,and provide reference and enlightenment for promoting the coordinated,healthy and sustainable development of land use in the study area.Research indicates:(1)On the basis of fully understanding the concept and connotation of cultivated land and cultivated land use benefits,comprehensively analyzed the theory of cultivated land value,the theory of cultivated land scarcity,the theory of sustainable use of cultivated land and the theory of agricultural location.Based on these theories,the benefits of cultivated land use in Jiamusi City were evaluated.(2)This paper evaluates the comprehensive benefits of cultivated land in various counties of Jiamusi City from 2010 to 2016: from the perspective of time change trend,the evaluation value of comprehensive benefits of cultivated land,Tongjiang City,Huanan County,Huachuan County and Tang The original county generally floated around 0.300 in a small range,and the trend tends to be stable.After 2014,it gradually grows.Fuyuan City first rises and then rises and then rises.Fujin City first declines,then rises and then rises again;From the analysis point of view,the comprehensive utilization benefit evaluation value of Jiamusi City can be divided into three grades,Fuyuan City and Fujin City are high-efficiency areas,Huanan County and Tongjiang City are medium benefit areas,and the rest are low-efficiency areas..According to the research,the evaluation value of comprehensive benefits of cultivated land is inseparable from social,economic and ecological benefits,and there are many medium and low benefit areas in Jiamusi City.It is imperative to improve the utilization of cultivated land.(3)On the basis of understanding the evaluation results of cultivated land use efficiency in the study area,in order to improve the production capacity of crops,combined with the factors affecting the utilization of cultivated land in Jiamusi City,the investment in agricultural science and technology will be enhanced to improve the level of mechanization;Construction,improve the ability to resist disasters;promote the integration of piecemeal land,excavate the potential of cultivated land;protect the cultivated land and protect the ecology in parallel;strengthen the planning and management of the development and utilization of cultivated land reserve resources,pointing out the countermeasures for improving the utilization of cultivated land in the study area.
