The plants of Elaeocarpaceae,belonging to the ancient tropical flora types,distributed in both hemispheres of the tropical and subtropical regions,is not distributed in Africa.There are two genera of 53 species distributed in Yunnan,Guangxi,Guangdong,Sichuan,Guizhou,Hunan,Hubei,Taiwan,Zhejiang,Fujian,Jiangxi and Tibet.With the advances in the field of in-depth investigation and classification techniques,classification of the Section also appear more and more controversial.By literature review,Jiangxi produced specimens and holotype research,field observation,morphology and anatomy and leaf scanning electron microscopy and other methods of Elaeocarpaceae classification history briefly outlined,and completed the morphology,taxonomic revision,garden research and applications of Jiangxi Elaeocarpaceae plant.The following conclusions:1.Through the study of the anatomy of leaves,flowers,fruit of Elaeocarpaceae plant in Jiangxi province,tear degree and hairs of petal,fruit size and color,seed size and pericarp stripes are the key facters in classification and identification of Elaeocarpaceae plant.2.According to the vein sequence characteristics study of seven Elaeocarpaceae groups showed Elaeocarpaceae plant veins are basically the same type of program structure,are real bent pinnate veins.However,the angle between the two veins and midrib type of connection with a greater difference between species,such as S.sinensis,E.duclouxii connection for the next extension of the veins,E.rugosus and E.japonicas is for straight connection veins.These are effective features Elaeocarpaceae plant identification and classification.3.Study the microstructure of leaf epidermal of Elaeocarpaceae found that ornamentation characteristic of leaf epidermal micro-morphology are some differences between species.It can be divided into three types:(1),smooth without ornamentation type.Sloanea sinensis,ornamentation was not significant;(2),with a thin ring of ornamentation.Leaf epidermal cells with multiple circular thin strips ornamentation.(3),a ring-shaped thick strips ornamentation.Leaf epidermal cells with a thick ring of ornamentation.Three types of decoration is an individual in one group,the stability of the ornamentation visible epidermal species,while three types of groups and between different levels are not significantly contact.Shape around the cuticle and stomatal characteristics on Elaeocarpaceae stomata,can be divided into three types:(1),stomatal edge strong uplift,smooth no ornamentation;(2),stomatal cuticle edges single bulge,forming an annular thick stripes;(3),stomatal edge of the cuticle multilayer uplift,wavy,forming a ring pinstripe.This difference is consistent with the pore ornamentation.Differences in leaf epidermal cells of hair ornaments significant,Wending fruit stellate hairs,water,stone Yung pubescent,and some other species do not coat.This observation is consistent macro,Elaeocarpaceae leaf epidermal morphology can be used as a reliable taxonomic traits,but no significant differences between species,requires a combination of comprehensive analysis of other traits.4.Through literature review,specimens research and field surveys to identify Jiangxi Province have 8 species,belonging 2 genus.They are Sloanea sinensis(Hance)Hemsl.,Sloanea lecrocarpa Diels,Elaeocarpus chinensis(Gardn.et Champ.)Hook.F.ex Benth.,Elaeocarpus duclouxii Gagnep.,Elaeocarpus japonicus Sieb.et Zucc.,Elaeocarpus sylvestris(Lour.)Poir,Elaeocarpus decipiens Hemsl,Elaeocarpus glabripetalus Merr,while Sloanea hemsleyana(Ito)Rehd et Wils is the new record for Jiangxi Province;Elaeocarpus lanceaefolius Roxb.Is an error identification.5.Jiangxi Elaeocarpaceae plants are tropical genus contains two species,but the species level floristic composition of warm,tropical nature is 5:3,tropical characteristics consistent with the transitional nature of the intersection of Jiangxi flora temperature,namely tropical north the nature of the northern margin and the south temperate southern edge.Time Elaeocarpaceae plant origin was about 0.66-1 billion years,probably Malay origin place-India area.There are two routes diffusion plants,one in southwest Yunnan as a starting point,along the mountain range,Wuling north;Second,to southwestern Yunnan eastward as the center,has been Nanling Mountains eastward along,and then all along the Luo Xiao Wuyi Mountains and northward spread.Tibet-Sichuan-Hubei-Anhui line is Elaeocarpaceae most northern boundary diffusion plant.6.Elaeocarpaceae plant had a good ornamental value,can be used as street trees,landscape trees and green trees mining industrial area,with a good prospect.Elaeocarpaceae plants mostly happy light,except sylvestris and Sloanea little shade.China sylvestris sylvestris plants,brown hair sylvestris,Japan sylvestris,bald flap sylvestris more resistant to drought,others are hi humid conditions,winter temperatures from-5 ? to-18 ?,China sylvestris,Japan's cold most sylvestris strong;mostly prefer acidic soils.By cuttings,planting and breeding carried out in vitro to expand the scale,cutting propagation cheapest,fastest,the survival rate is high,the majority of species suitable for planting breeding,but the breeding sow slow effect,in vitro breeding of high technology costs,faster than cuttings and breeding methods full.Elaeocarpaceae plant seed weight in the large differences between species,up to 1900g,lowest 60.7g.Accordingly combined germination rates of different species,with reference to sowing seeds breeding Elaeocarpaceae energy statistics,also the highest gross fruit sylvestris 120Kg/acre,a minimum of bald flap sylvestris 12Kg/acre.Elaeocarpaceae production capacity of up to 25,000 seedlings per acre,year seedlings was significantly higher in the differences between species,slow-growing year long 30-40cm,the rapid growth of up to 150cm.
