Effect Of Different Sowing Date And Producing Area On The Agronomic Characters And Quality Of Platycodon Grandiflorum

This test mainly uses Platycodon grandiflorum experimental materials,adopts to observing the agronomic traits,studying the anatomy of the structure,determining the content of chemical compositions and other research methods and means,then to Research the differences of Character performance,anatomical structure and Composition content,in different sowing date(autumn,winter,spring sowing)and different locations(Songxian,Tongbai,Shangcheng,Luyi)of P.grandiflorum,revealing the effect of different sowing date and different locations on the quality characteristics of P.grandiflorum,and to P.grandiflorum farming system establishment and four locations in Henan the cultivation of P.grandiflorum management main direction of the research provide theoretical basis.The main conclusions are as follows:1.To the sowing date of Henan P.grandiflorum,the optimum time is autumn sown of late september,secondly are the autumn sown of mid-october and winter sowing in December,the quality of P.grandiflorum of sowing next spring is the worst.The P.grandiflorum the planting time is autumn of late september had the best performances in areas such as seedling emergence rate,root length,root diameter,fresh weight and dry weight of root per plant,platycodin D content.Autumn sowing time should be sooner rather than later,the sowing of late September had highest seedling emergence rate,the late October autumn sowing was the lowest seedling emergence rate,and also affecting the production of P.grandiflorum.2.The influences to the root traits of P.grandiflorum such as taproot length,root diameter,lateral root number,root fresh weight,root dry weight,and drying rate were different between the four locations of Songxian,Tongbai,Shangcheng and Luyi in Henna Province.The concrete result showed the sequence of the above indicators from high to low: taproot length was Luyi,Tongbai,Songxian,Shangcheng;root diameteris was Tongbai,Luyi,Shangcheng,Songxian;lateral root number was Shangcheng,Tongbai,Songxian,Luyi;fresh weight and dry weight of root per plant were Luyi,Shangcheng,Tongbai,Songxian;drying rate was Songxian,Luyi,Shangcheng,Tongbai.3.As for the difference of the content of platycodin D that is the main ingredients of P.grandiflorum,it was significant between four locations in Henan.The sequence of the content in one-year P.grandiflorum from high to low was Songxian,Tongbai,Shangcheng,Luyi;The sequence of biennial P.grandiflorum was Shangcheng,Songxian,Tongbai,Luyi.The sequence of the distribution of the content of Platycodin D in the root parts from high to low was: skin,lateral root and fibrous root,reed head,taproot;The sequence of the structural was phloem,xylem.4.From the anatomical cross section,P.grandiflorum Root is based on secondary structure,mainly including periderm,secondary phloem,cambium,and secondary xylem.The area ratio of phloem and xylem was no significant difference in sowing date,but it had significant difference between the different locations.Overall,the accumulation of the area ratio of phloem and xylem of the P.grandiflorum root was Songxian,Tongbai,Shangcheng,Luyi,and the area ratio of one-year P.grandiflorum was higher than biennial root.
