| With the increasing demand of traditional Chinese medicine, pesticide use in planted become the common means of ensuring its quality, yield.Unreasonable use of pesticides pesticide residues in traditional Chinese medicines and more serious, even affecting the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and patient safety,it also severely restricts the export of medicinal herbs, preventing Chinese medicine to the world. Therefore, strengthening quality control of Chinese medicinal materials all over the world attention on the detection of pesticide residues in traditional Chinese medicine has become particularly important.Astragalus and Platycodon grandiflorum has strong drought tolerant characteristics, fear of floods,so are mainly distributed in the northeast,Inner Mongolia and Northwest China,North China and northeast in large quantities, and Platycodon grandiflorum has medicinal value,is the northern region,Japan,South Korea,North Korea as a daily vegetables. Both of which are rich in many kinds of amino acids, trace elements necessary to the human body a variety of Platycodon grandiflorum, more contains large amounts of linoleic acid and other unsaturated fatty acid. But because of the low rate of germination of seeds and the increasingly serious environmental pollution, also make the Astragalus,Platycodon grandiflorum, northeast authentic medicinal herbs production is declining in recent years. Therefore, more stringent quality standards, control of Astragalus Platycodon grandiflorum is particularly important.Through the study of the detection methods of pesticide residues in Radix Astragali,Radix Platycodonis, can provide a reference for the detection of pesticide residues in Chinese herbal medicines were similar, help will promote traditional Chinese medicine quality standards and Chinese foreign trade.Based on the review of domestic and foreign literatures, systematically content on different types of Astragalus membranaceus and Platycodon grandiflorum determination of pesticides in research,to establish a method for determination of the content of different types of pesticide stamps in the Astragalus membranaceus and Platycodon grandiflorum. The specific contents are as follows:(1)A method to determine 6 organochlorine pesticide residues in Astragalus membranaceus and Platycodon grandiflorum.was established.Pesticide residues were extracted by ultrasonic extraction.HCBs、Heptachlor、trans-chlordane and p’,p-DDT had good linear relationship in the concentration range of 5-1000 μg/L.y-HCH and Aldrin had good linear relationship in the concentration range of 5-250 μpg/L.The average recoveries of Astragalus membranaceus were respectively 91.2-97.2%、93.5-98.6%and 93.8-98.9%,at three added levels of 15 μg/kg,30 μg/kg and 60 μg/kg.Relative standard deviation(RSD)was respectively 1.4-6.2%、1.6-8.6%and 2.4-8.7%.The average recoveries of Platycodon grandiflorum were respectively 91.5-96.2%、92.8-98.3%and 93.2-98.6%,at three added levels of 15 μg/kg,30μg/kg and 60 μg/kg.Relative standard deviation(RSD)was respectively 3.5-8.3%、1.6-8.7%and 3.1-7.3%.The method was convenient, rapid and had good selectivity. It was suitable for the determination of organochlorine pesticide residues in Astragalus membranaceus and Platycodon grandiflorum.(2)A method to determine 3 pyrethroid pesticide residues in Astragalus membranaceus and Platycodon grandiflorum was established.Pesticide residues were extracted by ultrasonic extraction.Cypermethrin、Fenvalerate and Deltamethrin had good linear relationship in the concentration range of 8-1000 μg/L.The average recoveries of Astragalus membranaceus were respectively 90.6-98.3%、92.3-97.5%、93.8-98.1%,at three added levels of 15 μg/kg,30μg/kg and 60 μg/kg.Relative standard deviation(RSD)was respectively 3.0-7.3%、3.2-6.6%and 3.2-8.9%.The average recoveries of Platycodon grandiflorum were respectively 91.7-95.6%、92.2-95.9%、91.8-97.0%,at three added levels of 15 μg/kg,30 μg/kg and 60 μg/kg.Relative standard deviation(RSD)was respectively 2.0-8.4%、3.1-6.3%and 2.2-9.2%.The method was simple, rapid and had high sensitivity. It was suitable for the determination of pyrethroid pesticide residues in Astragalus membranaceus and Platycodon grandiflorum. The results show that:HCBs、γ-HCH and cypermethrin were detected in the Astragalus membranaceus samples, and the average content was 260.27、168.26、304.70 μg/kg;HCBs、γ-HCH、Heptachlor、p’,p-DDT、cypermethrin and Deltamethrin were detected in the Platycodon grandiflorum, and the average content respectively was 345.60、162.66、174.08、247.21、118.72、2928.36 μg/kg.This shows that, the environment of Astragalus membranaceus and Platycodon grandiflorum has a certain degree of organic pesticides pollution ncluding soil, water, atmosphere,or the recent organic pesticide input, without reasonable the use of pesticide. |
