Pear has a huge amount of flowers and great setting rate during their growth stage. The late development of the fruit may also have adverse effects on the development of fruit trees in the next year.Currently, artificial thinning flowers and fruit will take much more manpower, more material resources and takes more time.It cannot meet the efficient production and operation status of modern pear planting.Based on the above questions,we compared the thinning effect of water, plant derived nutrient solution, naphthalene acetic acid, ethylene, carbaryl and naphthalene acetic acid, ethylene, carbaryl added with 200ml/L plant derived nutrient solution in ‘Wangkeumbae' pear and ‘Housui' pear during inflorescence,full-bloom and young fruit stages in this research. Our results showed that:1.Compared with CK,the setting fruit rates and flowers setting fruit rates had significantly improved after spraying 300ml/L plant derived nutrient solution in ‘Wangkeumbae' and ‘Housui' during inflorescence stage,full-bloom and young fruit stage. The ‘Wangkeumbae' setting fruit rate were reduced as 56.77%,38.67% and 47.28%,respectively.The ‘Housui' setting fruit rate were reduced as 40.39%?23.54% and 26.02%,respectively.2.Compared with CK,the fruit quality had significantly improved after spraying 300ml/L plant derived nutrient solution in ‘Wangkeumbae' and ‘Housui' during inflorescence stage,full-bloom and young fruit stage.3.Add 200ml/L plant derived nutrient solution into naphthalene acetic acid, ethylene and carbaryl significantly improved setting fruit rate and fruit quality during inflorescence stage,full-bloom and young fruit stage, which compared with naphthalene acetic acid, ethylene and carbaryl solution, but it does not better than spraying 300ml/L plant derived nutrient solution in pear.To sum up,spraying 300ml/L plant derived nutrient solutionin ‘Wangkeumbae' and ‘Housui' during full-flowers stage and young fruit stage have the bestsetting fruit rate and fruit quality.
