| Cerasus serrulata is one of the most famous ornamental tree species in the world belongs to Rosaceae family Cerasus genus.With the rapid development of urban construction and the increasing requirements of people’s living environment,the role of Cerasus serrulata in beautifying the environment and meeting the needs of people is more and more important.In this experiment,the flowering phase and ornamental characteristics was observation and investigation in the field of Datian,Fujian area.And analysis the changes of chlorophyll content,MDA content,protein content,soluble sugar content and antioxidant system under different high temperature stress of the different varieties of Taiwan Cerasus serrulata.To evaluate the adaptability of different Cerasus serrulata varieties from the ornamental characteristics and physical point.So as to provide a theoretical basis for the introduction and exploitation of the excellent species of different varieties in Taiwan Cerasus serrulata.In addition,by analyzing the application,the paper explores the application pattern of Cerasus serrulata,concludes Cerasus serrulata varieties in the landscape and urban construction in the application,supply the scientific and artistic basis for the application of Cerasus serrulata.The main results are as follows:(1)The flowering phase of 10 varieties of Cerasus serrulata is different,Cerasus×kanzakura’Rubescens’ is the earliest in January,finally is Cerasus lannesiana’Superba’ in April,total for 3-4 months.In early February with Cerasus campanulata’Double-flowered’ and Cerasus campannlata;in mid-February with Cerasus serrulata Sp.and Cerasus serrulata;the end of March with Cerasus xyedoensis,Cerasus serrulata var.lannesiana,Cerasus serrulata var.lannesiana and Cerasus lannesiana var.speciosa.The flowering stage for only one plants ranged from 11 to 24 days,the shortest is Cerasus xyedoensis,the longest is Cerasus campannlata.Other varieties in the middle of this time.(2)Comprehensive evaluation of Cerasus serrulata of ornamental adaptability that using principal component analysis.Results show that the Cerasus campanulata’ Double-flowered’>Cerasus campannlata>Cer-asus serrulata var.lannesiana>Cerasus lannesiana’ Superba’>Cerasus lannesiana’Alborosea’>Cerasus×kanzakura’Rubescens’>Cerasus Sp.>Cerasus lannesiana var.speciosa>Cerasus serrulata>Cerasus×yedoens-is.(3)Study on physiological characteristics of 4 varieties Cerasus serrulata show that:the high temperature stress has a great influence on 4 varieties Cerasus serrulata,show similar trends.The temperature increased,the Chlorophyll content,MDA content and POD content increases as the temperature rises,the protein content decreased,the soluble sugar content increased and then decreased trend,while CAT content increased first and then decreased,SOD content increased first and then decreased and increased last.With the prolonging of treatment time,the majority of physiological indicators show regular changes,the chlorophyll content,MDA content,POD content and CAT content were increased first and then decreased with time prolonged;the content of soluble protein and soluble sugar content showed a downward trend with the extension of time.At the beginning of the stress,plants could reduce the harm through self-regulation mechanism;however,it will cause metabolic disorders and irreversible damage if the protection of antioxidant enzymes and osmolytes protective on membrane systems and regulatory mechanisms exceed a certain limit.The analysis of variance and multiple comparisons show that the interaction effects of temperature and time had significantly effect on most of index(p<0.01).(4)Contrast 4 varieties of Taiwan Cerasus serrulata of heat resistance evaluation that using principal component analysis and subordinate function analysis.Results show that the Cerasus campannlata>Cerasus campanulata’Double-flowered’>Cerasus serrula-ta Sp.>Cerasus serrulatlf.(5)The diverse of application for Cerasus serrulata,through a combination of culture,cultivation and landscape features,with reasonable configuration and construction of garden,that show the charm and value for Cerasus serrulata. |
