Salvia miltiorrhiza?Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge?is frequently used in China.With the study of Salvia miltiorrhiza continues to ascend,the application field of Salvia miltiorrhiza is in expanding,Salvia miltiorrhiza demand increases rapidly,cultivated Salvia miltiorrhiza products gradually become market mainstream,due to the complexity of the ingredients in Chinese herbal medicine,the quality control of cultivated Salvia miltiorrhiza naturally become the focus of people's attention.In this paper,with different concentrations of salt treatment of Salvia miltiorrhiza and Salvia miltiorrhiza of different cultivation types?sexual reproduction cultivation type and asexual reproduction cultivation type?as materials,the growth physiology and the content of effective components of the above materials were analyzed by spectrophoto-metric method and HPLC method,to provide technical basis for the standardization production of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge.The main results obtained were as follows:1.Pollen of the Salvia miltiorrhiza from asexual reproduction cultivation type counts more,but pollen deformity phenomenon was serious,the pollen inactivation rate was higher,at the same time,stigma receptivity wass relatively weak,eventually decreased seed setting rate of Salvia miltiorrhiza from asexual reproduction cultivation type.Both of the two kinds of Salvia miltiorrhiza?sexual reproduction cultivation type and asexual reproduction cultivation type?had "midday depression" phenomenon obviously,and pertained to stomatal limitation.Chlorophyll content of the sexual reproduction cultivation type?seed seedling transplanting?was higher than the other one,LCP was lower and AQY was higher,so it's light energy utilization scope wass larger,net photosynthetic rate still keep higher under the strong specular can,all above was conducive to the accumulation of photosynthetic products.Total phenolic acid content of Salvia miltiorrhiza root from sexual reproduction cultivation type was higher than that of Salvia miltiorrhiza from asexual reproduction cultivation type,total phenolic acid content in stems and leaves was lower than that in the asexual propagation seedlings;effective components of tanshinones was not detected in two kinds of Salvia miltiorrhiza's stems and leaves.Effective components of Salvia miltiorrhiza roots from sexual reproduction cultivation type were higher than those of Salvia miltiorrhiza from asexual reproduction cultivation type,except cryptotanshinone.In summ-ary,sexual reproduction Salvia miltiorrhiza was with higher content of effective components,stems and leaves of Salvia miltiorrhiza from asexual reproduction cultivation type has exploitation value.2.With 20mmol·L-1 NaCl treatment,Salvia miltiorrhiza seed germination rate,germina-tion potential,germination index were higher than other processing,which indicated that germination of Salvia miltiorrhiza seed need some concentration of salt ions;In the period of seedling growth,seedling height and root length reached the highest value when the concentration of NaCl was 75mmol-L-1,protective enzymes in seedling leaves such as SOD,POD,CAT activity also increased significantly,when NaCl concentration was 100 mmo1·L-1,soluble sugar,soluble protein and MDA content increased significantly and reached the highest level.At this time,the seedlings of Salvia miltiorrhiza can regulate the toxic effect of the external environment by increasing the content of osmotic adjustment substances.3.Different metabolic enzymes responsed differently to the salt stress.With the increase of salt concentration,phenylalanine ammonia lyase?PAL?activity showed a trend of first increased and then decreased,when the NaCl concentration was 70mmol-L-1,the PAL activity reached maximum value.Since then,activity gradually decreased;Tyrosine aminotransferase?TAT?enzyme and polyphenol oxidase?PPO?activity was declining trend.When the salt concentration increased to 150 mmol-L-1,TAT activity was 62.63%of CK,the PPO activity decreased 54.62%.With the increase of salt concentration,the total phenolic acids and sal B in the root of Salvia miltiorrhiza showed a decreasing trend.When the salt concentration was 150mmol·L-1,the content of sal B was 15.95 mg-g-1 which decreased by 63.02%compared with the control group.At this point,the total phenolic acid content decreased 29%;along with the salt concentration,total tanshinone content was increased first and then decreased.When the salt concentration was 7Ommo1·L-1,total salvia ketone reached the highest value,3.58 times higher than that of the control group.In addition,content of three kinds of active ingredient?tanshinone II A,cryptotanshinone,tanshinone I?decreased with salt concentration increased,indicating that salt stress was not conducive to the accumulation of effective components of Salvia miltiorrhiza.
