The remarkable effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the fight against coronavirus shows the position of traditional Chinese medicine in the development of traditional Chinese medicine planting industry.In order to explore the effect of planting conditions on Salvia miltiorrhiza,three groups of control experiments were set up:planting density,light intensity,and maintenance process.Taking Salvia miltiorrhiza as control,the growth of Salvia miltiorrhiza,the change of soil nutrient element content,the accumulation of effective components of Salvia miltiorrhiza and their effects on each group were studied The purpose of the calculation and analysis of economic benefits is to explore the influence of different planting conditions on the interplanting of Salvia miltiorrhiza in the Pinus massoniana forest and the economic benefits,which provides a theoretical basis for finding out the best economic benefits of the interplanting of Salvia miltiorrhiza in the Pinus massoniana forest,and provides suggestions for the fertilization on demand and quality improvement of Salvia miltiorrhiza.The results are as follows:(1)In the experiment,the highest yield group of Danshen in each control group was the planting density of 30cm×30cm group,canopy density of 0.4-0.7 group,and the best mode of increasing Danshen growth was the planting mode of 30×30cm spacing and canopy density of 0.4-0.7 Pinus massoniana Stand,and the planting mode of flower picking sequence was adopted.(2)When planting Salvia miltiorrhiza under forest,fertilization should be reasonable according to different planting conditions and growth stages of Salvia miltiorrhiza.This experiment starts from the content change of soil nutrient index of each control group,studies seven common nutrient indexes of organic matter,total nitrogen,available nitrogen,total phosphorus,available phosphorus,total potassium and available potassium under different planting conditions,and tries to find out the nutrient demand of Salvia miltiorrhiza under different conditions and different growth stages.According to all the conclusions,after interplanting Salvia miltiorrhiza in Pinus massoniana forest,we should continue to increase the application of human and animal manure,increase the application of phosphorus and potassium fertilizer in the first four months,and increase the application of nitrogen fertilizer in the fourth month after planting Salvia miltiorrhiza;when the canopy density is greater than 0.7 and the planting density is less than 40cm × 40cm,we can reduce the application of fertilizer appropriately and save costs;when the flower picking sequence maintenance process is carried out,we should pick After inflorescence,the amount of N,P and K fertilizer was increased.(3)The accumulation of active components in Salvia miltiorrhiza was affected by the growth of the ground part of Salvia miltiorrhiza.According to the provisions of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 Edition)on the content of active ingredients of Salvia miltiorrhiza,all kinds of Salvia miltiorrhiza in this experiment meet the national standard of Salvia miltiorrhiza,and the accumulation of active ingredients of Salvia miltiorrhiza increases with the decrease of planting density and canopy density under the forest.The group with the highest accumulation of active ingredients is the group with planting density of 40cm × 40cm and canopy density of less than 0.4;artificial pollination is effective for Salvia miltiorrhiza The accumulation of danshenketone and salvianolic acid B in the sample increased by 45.0%and 56.1%respectively,80%and 183%higher than the national standard,and the quality was excellent.On the whole,the accumulation of active components of Salvia miltiorrhiza is affected by the growth of the ground part.(4)Salvia miltiorrhiza planted under Pinus massoniana forest in hilly area can significantly increase the output value of forest land,and the highest increment per mu in the experimental group is 2386.46 yuan.According to the integrated calculation of the income and input of Salvia miltiorrhiza planted under the Masson pine forest,the average comprehensive income per mu of each group can be calculated,and the highest income is the flower picking sequence group in the maintenance process control group,which shows that the flower picking sequence process can significantly increase the growth of Salvia miltiorrhiza;in addition,the highest income is the 40 cm × 40 cm group in the planting density group,and the canopy density is 0.4-0.7 group in the light intensity group The highest income is 1002.03 yuan and 846.79 yuan per mu,respectively.Therefore,the best economic benefit model of Interplanting Salvia miltiorrhiza under the Masson pine forest is to adopt the planting mode of planting density of 30cm × 30cm,canopy density of 0.4-0.7 under the Masson pine forest and flower picking sequence in the flowering period.Combined with the change of nutrient element content in the soil,the economic benefit is also reasonable It can be further improved.
