to food safety issues,people put forward higher requirements for meat quality,especially the largest pork consumption,people tend to eat healthy pork,people want less harmful additives and antibiotics in pork,at the same time,they also call for fresh juicy pork flavor.Therefore,develop a healthy pig is one of the breeding industry desperately goal.This experiment studied the impact on weaned piglets and fattening pigs’ growth performance,carcass quality and blood and the fecal microflora by adding Lao Bao.To explore the application of probiotics in the actual cultivation process.Experiment 1: The impact on growth performance and the physical and chemical properties of blood of weaned piglets by feeding Lao Bao.The research object is a total of 150 weaned piglets aged 28 days,which were randomly divided into control group,experimental group 1(add 0.05% Lao Bao)and experimental group 2(add 0.1% Lao Bao).The results showed:(1)Experimental group 1 and group 2 compared with the control group draw that the daily gain was increased by 9.3% and 9.3% respectively.Daily intake was no difference.Group 1,group 2 compared with the control group draw that the feed ratio reduced by 8.9% and 10.6% respectively.Diarrhea rate reduced by 15.8% and 24.5% respectively.So it shows that adding 0.1% and 0.05% Lao Bao can enhance the growth performance of weaned piglets.(2)Adding 0.1% and 0.05% Lao Bao could improve the health level of weaning piglets.The content of TP,GLB in group 1 are significantly higher than them in the control group(P<0.05)and increased by 8.69% and 14.28% respectively;The content of TP,GLB in group 2 are also significantly higher than them in the control group(P<0.05)and increased by 9.57% and 18.43% respectively;the ALP content of experimental group 2 is significantly higher than it in the control group and experimental group 1(P<0.05)and increased by 33.57% and 26.35% respectively;AST content is significant difference between the three groups(P<0.05),other indicators are not significant between the three groups(P>0.05).Concluded that adding Lao Bao can improve daily gain,reduce the stress and the onset of weaning piglets,increase the TP content of blood,improve piglets’ resistance.Adding 0.1% Lao Bao effects better.Experiment 2: The impact on growth performance,slaughter performance and the physical and chemical properties of blood of pigs by feeding Lao Bao.The research object is a total of 120 pigs aged 4 months,were randomly divided into control group,experimental group 1(add 0.05% Lao Bao)and experimental group 2(add 0.1% Lao Bao).The results showed:(1)In addition to the rate of diarrhea,other indicators between the groups were not significant(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the group 1 and group 2 its diarrhea rate reduced by 27.3% and 28.3% respectively.Experiment shows that compared with 0.05% dose,the effect is more apparent by adding 0.1% dose,it has a tendency to promote the growth of pigs.(2)Test added 0.1% Lao Bao can significantly reduce the pigs’ back fat thickness.Other carcass indicators were no significant differences between the groups(P>0.05).Comprehensive the effect of Lao Bao for muscle shear force,p H value,water loss and so on,found it has a tendency to promote the quality of meat.(3)Test added 0.1% and 0.05% Lao Bao,the serum ALT and CHOL content which compared with the control group were significant difference(P<0.05).Adding 0.1% dose,it’s serum SUN value was significantly lower than it in other groups(P<0.05),and other indicators in the differences between the groups were not significant(P>0.05).Experiment shows that adding 0.1% Lao Bao,the effect was better.On the whole,it has a tendency to improve the health level of pigs.Other indicators were not significant between the groups,but still has a certain effect.Experiment 3: The impact on fecal bacteria by feeding Lao Bao.After the experiment 1 and experiment 2,collected fresh pig dung used for PCR-DGGE analysis.The result shows that :(1)From DGGE pattern and stripes diagram,draw that the lane 5 of control group has 24 stripes which is the maximum number of lanes;the lane 1 has 10 stripes which is the minimum number of lanes;common with six.The lane 11 of experimental group 1 has 24 stripes which is the maximum number of lanes;the lane 10 has 21 stripes which is the minimum number of lanes;common with fourteen.The lane 14 of experimental group 2 has 22 stripes which is the maximum number of lanes;the lane 18 has 11 stripes which is the minimum number of lanes;common with seven.The control group with an average of 18.67 edge banding,experimental group 1 has 22.50 edge banding,group 2 has 17.33 edge banding.Obtained from the clustering analysis and similarity coefficient,lanes 1,2,3,6,7,8,9,10 from different treatment groups are not together with other lanes.In addition,the same treatment group of pig are all together.Results showed that there are many swine waste microbial species,the difference of stripe numbes of treatment groups is high,the difference of similarity coefficient is high.Due to swine intestinal microflora is in balance at the fattening period,so the differences of pig individual is higher than the influence of Lao Bao,there is little influence on pig feces microflora by feeding Lao Bao.(2)From DGGE pattern and stripes diagram,the lane 2 of control group has 27 stripes which is the maximum number of lanes;the lane 5 has 22 stripes which is the minimum number of lanes;common with sixteen.The lane 10 of experimental group 1 has 26 stripes which is the maximum number of lanes;the lane 11 has 19 stripes which is the minimum number of lanes;common with twelve.The lane 13 of experimental group 2 has 26 stripes which is the maximum number of lanes;the lane 18 has 17 stripes which is the minimum number of lanes;common with ten..The control group with an average of 23.67 edge banding,experimental group 1 has 23.83 edge banding,group 2 has 22.00 edge banding.Obtained from the clustering analysis and similarity coefficient,only lane 1,2 are not together with other lanes.In addition,the same treatment group of pigs are together,the similarity index is high(> 50%),it is showed that the species of fecal microbes have little difference in groups.Therefore,weaning
