Most of the chrysanthemum for cross pollination of plants.In this experiment,a plurality of chrysanthemum as materials to be chrysanthemum pollen viability stigmareceptivity,self and cross compatibility,suitable conditions for seed germination were studied.Effects of different varieties,the effect on pollen vitality in different time periods,different inflorescence position,different flowering time in a day;Comparison of different stages of stigmatic morphology and sustainable time,different forms of stigma receptivity in different time strength,stigma receptivity difference;Comparison of different pollination methods on Chrysanthemum by affinity effect;Fluorescence microscopy of different hormone treatments on Chrysanthemum by hybridization affinity,and statistical comparison of hybrid seed rate;Compared pretreatment,temperature,temperature,illumination time and light intensity under the condition of seed germination rate;Statistical analysis of hybrid offspring by stage,chrysanthemum petals and flower diameter,plant height and crown traits,aims to explore effective ways to improve the seed setting rate of hybridization,is to lay the foundation chrysanthemum breeding.1?Pollen viability test showed that:Different varieties of pollen germination rate was Significant difference;the germination rate of central pollen was significantly higher than that of the inner and external tubular flower;There was a higher pollen germination rate in the 12:00-14:00 period;The pollen of the flowering stage had higher germination rate.2?Stigma receptivity results showed:According to the development process of chrysanthemum,the inflorescence development sequence can be divided into 8 stages.The morphology of Stigma is divided into I type,Y type,claw type,the decline of a total of 4 periods.Among them,the flowering of the 1 and the 2 stage,continued 4-6d,stigma was I type;3,4 stage,duration 3-9d,Stigma Showed I type or Y type;5,6,7stage,Stigma has a variety of forms,including I type,Y type,horn type,decline type;8 stage,stigma senescence was obviously,including horn type or decline type.The stigma receptivity was the strongest in the Y type,In the decline type,the stigma receptivity was weak or not.Stigma can give the most at 10:00-14:00 during the day.3?The results showed that the cross compatibility of different treatments:(1)Fluorescence microscopy was used to observe the attachment and germination of pollen on the stigma of'Zaoqianfen','Zijiao','Linglong'and 'OC'.Among them,'Zaoqianfen','Zijiao','Linglong' belong to self incompatibility,'OC' belong to self compatibility.(2)Repeat pollination?stigma type Y and horn type can effectively improve the rate of hybrid seed setting;Effects of reciprocal crosses and hybrid combination on the seed setting rate of hybrids.In the cross breeding,a reasonable cross combination should be selected to improve the hybrid seed setting rate.(3)Fluorescence microscopic observation combined with hybrid seed statistical analysis,0.001?0.005?0.01mol/L NAA,0.001?0.005mol/L 6BA,0.01 mol/L GA3,can improve the seed setting rate of Pudifen×Linglong.0.005?0.01mol/L 6BA,0.001?0.005mol/L GA3 can improve the seed setting rate of OC X Zaoqianfen.4?Seed germination test:Pretreatment of seeds before sowing 0.5h-lh could promote seed germination rate and germination potential;20 ? is favorable for seed germination and seedling growth after germination;Under variable temperature conditions,the germination rate of seeds was higher than that of 25?,30?,And germination starting time in advance.The light intensity of 8h could promote the seed germination rate of chrysanthemum,and the germination rate was highest under 6700 lx intensity Therefore,sowing seeds under suitable conditions can increase germination rate.5?The character statistics on the part of the offspring,with early flowering varieties as female parent,cultivate 2 strains of early flowering varieties.Among them,"59 za2-37" is the one of the two flowering varieties in a year,the plant is compact,not lodging,early flowering,bright color,such as the comprehensive character of good two;In late flowering varieties as female parent,cultivate "Pu 9",although the late flowering,but compact plant,no lodging and crown large,good ornamental value,is a rare green material.
