In this experiment,the plants of the 4-years old grape of foliar spraying Salicylic acid(SA),study the effects of grape fruit quality and polyphenols.At different times(19,39,69,99days after flowering),the grapes foliared in different concentrations of SA 1mmol/L(1mmol/L),3mmol/L(3 mmol/L))? 5mmol/L(5 mmol/L),respectively spraying water.Compared the grape fruit quality and the accumulation of polyphenols during grape berry development under the three treatments.The main results were as follows:(1)Free SA content were highest flowering after 40 days,were not detected flowering after 60 days and 80 days.Bound SA content were low,were not detected in young fruit.Foliar spraying of different concentrations of salicylic acid increased the content of free SA and bound SA in grape fruit,and the accumulation of SA was the highest in 5mmol/L,followed by lmmol/L,and the accumulation of 3mmol/L was the least.(2)Foliar spraying SA did not change the quality of grape berry,but obvious effect of grape fruit quality accumulation law.Foliar spraying SA significantly affect the quality of grape berry:Single berry weight,Longitudinal/Horizontal diameter,Souble sugar,Vitamin C content increased,Index of fruit and organic acid content is not significant.(3)The pattern of the total phenol,flavonoid,flanvanol,and flavan-3-ols accumulation in grape berry was not changed,while the total phenol,flavonoid,flanvanol,and flavan-3-ols accumulation were improved by foliar spraying SA,especially 3mmol/L.The pattern of the anthocyanin accumulation in grape berry was not changed,while the anthocyanin accumulation were improved by foliar spraying SA,and the anthocyanin content was the highest under 1mmol/L III.(4)The pattern of PAL?DFR?LAR and ANS activity during grape berry development was not changed,while the PAL?DFR?LAR and ANS activity was up-regulated significantly with foliar spraying SA.The results showed that PAL activity was decreased to a stable and then decreased,TreatII was the most signification.DFR activity first decreased and then increased,lmmol/L and T 2 induced significantly in young fruit,induced not obvious mature.The activity of LAR was decreased first,then increased and then decreased,and the T 2 induced high Immol/L and T 21.ANS enzyme activity first increased and then decreased,ANS activity increased with treatment SA,the most obvious effect induced by T2.
