With the continuous development of maize and soybean intercropping,realize the entire mechanization becomes a new problem.Mechanized seeding is the first thing to solve.Single crops planter can not meet the requirement of the maize and soybean intercropping seeding.Based on this,taking the corn and soybean intercropping mechanical seeding as research objects,designed and developed the 2BF-5 maize and soybean intercropping precise seeder,detection performance of the seeder under three different kinds of tillage methods:stubble with no-tillage(SNT),cleaning stubble with no-tillage(CSNT),cleaning stubble with rotary tillage(CSRT),to research the effects of different cultivation way on the yield of maize and soybean.Set the soil compaction experiment to research the pressure influence the emergence of maize and soybean,and to offer the basis for improving the seeder.The main studies are as follows:1.Using Soildworks2014 designs the key parts of maize and soybean intercropping seeder,and the 2BF-5 maize/soybean intercropping precise seeder virtual prototype.The seeder uses profile modeling scaffold,realizing the drive contour profile design,effectively ensuring the drive wheel and the surface contact ability,increasing the friction of the driving wheel and the surface to realizing the driving coherence;Using two seed spacing control units to realize the maize and soybean seed spacing respective control,to satisfy the maize and soybean different seed spacing;Using the embedded spoon disc wheel dibbling machine for seeding,by installing different types of seed plates for ensuring precision seed-metering of maize and soybean different types seeds;The seeder using profile modeling planter unit,installing the adjustable pressure spring on the single articulated profiling mechanism to implement pressure adjusting within certain limits;Through the rear limit deep press wheel for realizing Sowing depth consistent and after seeding compacting.The prototype of 2BF-5 maize/soybean intercropping precise seeder can satisfy the maize and soybean intercropping planting patterns of agronomic requirements.2.Using 2BF-5 maize/soybean intercropping precise seeder seeding.The no cover seeds index in stubble with no-tillage(SNT)and cleaning stubble with no-tillage(CSNT)treatment is significantly greater than cleaning stubble with rotary tillage(CSRT),the no cover seeds index in cleaning stubble with rotary tillage(CSRT)is zero.In cleaning stubble with rotary tillage(CSRT)processing sowing depth is the lowest consistency,sowing depth is greater than the setting depth,the mean sowing depth is 2 times for setting depth.The sowing seed spacing consistency in cleaning stubble with rotary tillage(CSRT)is the highest,and in cleaning stubble with rotary tillage(CSRT)is the lowest.In the three kinds of farming methods the drill whole drive work performance is good,there was no significant difference between average seeders sowing seeding spacing.Comprehensive analysis:2BF-5 maize/soybean intercropping precise seeder working performance is the best in cleaning stubble with rotary tillage(CSRT).But the soil cover device of the seeder needs to be improved for improving covering soil performance.3.The emergence rates of maize and soybean are affected by no cover seeds index in stubble with no-tillage(SNT)and cleaning stubble with no-tillage(CSNT),and are affected by too deep planting depth.The decrease of emergence rates influence the effective plant and results in the decrease of maize and soybean production.The emergence rates,effective plant and production of maize and soybean was the highest in cleaning stubble with no-tillage(CSNT),and are affected by the seeder working performance in different cultivation way.4.The different pressure handling change the physical and chemical properties of the soils,and significantly affect the quality of crops emergence.In a certain pressure range the maize emergence rate is not significantly affected by the pressure.The maize emergence rate was 91.3%significantly lower than other treatment in ON pressure,and has not significant difference by the pressure of V-shape press wheel.The maize emergence rate was 100%in the pressure of 100N-300N and dropped 95.3%in400N by the press of hollow rubber press wheel.Soybean germination rate significantly influenced by the change of pressure,the emergence rate increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of the pressure.Soybean germination rate was the highest in the V-shape press wheel 200N treatment,has no significant difference with the hollow rubber press wheel 100N and 200N treatment;The maize emergence time was initially decrease and then increase as the pressure increasing,and was the shortest in the hollow rubber press wheel 200N treatment.The soybean emergence time as pressure increases gradually extended,and was shorter in V-shape press wheel treatment than hollow rubber press wheel treatment.Maize plant height and stalk diameter were not significantly affected the press treatment,but the maize stalk diameter is thicker in the ON pressure treatment than others.The soybean hypocotyl length and stem diameter have not significant difference in among the soil compaction experiments.The maize emergence quality is the best in the hollow rubber press wheel 200N treatment,The soybean emergence quality is the best in the V-shape press wheel 200N treatment.
