China is a forest fire-prone country.Fires seriously endanger human life and property and seriously damage the ecological environment.In order to effectively make fire suppression decisions,control the continued spread of fires,and reduce the property damage caused by fire,we must thoroughly study the mechanism of forest fire spread,and accurately predict the spread of forest fires.The spread of forest fire is a dynamic and complex system,during the process of spreading,the heat released by forest fires will affect the weather conditions in the current fire area,and the weather conditions such as temperature,humidity,wind speed,and wind direction are also important factors affecting the spread of forest fires.Therefore,to accurately predict the spread of forest fires,we must consider the interaction of heat and weather conditions.This paper takes the forest fire in Hunan as the research object,chooses the Wang Zhengfei model as the forest fire spreading model,establishes the heat model,fuses it with the weather model,uses the fusion information as the input for forest fire spreading simulation,get a forest fire spreading Model based on hybrid HOGA-SVM information fusion.The research content of the dissertation includes:(1)Combining the Wang Zhengfei forest fire propagation model with the BURNUP model and the WRF-Fire model to construct a heat model suitable for use in the collective forest areas of southern China.The model can accurately calculate the combustion time of combustibles under different conditions,the remaining mass fraction after combustion,and the heat released during the combustion process.(2)This paper select the space weather model in the space weather quantitative forecasting system,and use the hybrid SVM algorithm to fuse the weather data with the heat data in the heat.Using the fused real-time weather data for simulation of forest fire spread,establishing a forest fire spreading model based on information fusion.In order to improve the performance and accuracy of the SVM,the HOGA algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of the SVM.(3)Taking the forest fire in southern China's collective forest area as an example,a case study was conducted.Comparison of fire area and perimeter simulated by different methods with actual fire.The obtained results show that the proposed algorithm is superior to other methods in prediction accuracy.The research results of this paper provide a new idea and theoretical support for forest fire spreading prediction.Compared with the traditional forest fire spreading prediction method and dynamic data driving method,this method can obtain more accurate results of forest fire spread.It can also be used to formulate effective fire-extinguishing measures,which can be used to improve the accuracy of fire extinguishing resource scheduling and has a very good application prospect.
